“As usual, Enterprise doesn't let me down. Quick pick up of reserved car and even easier drop off. All the staff were great, very professional and helpful in selecting and returning my car.”
“Overall great experience renting a car. The staff was friendly. Car was clean. I did all the pre check in so I could go straight to the car. My only complaint is that the Alamo cars are under a “National” canopy. I got outside and the small booth was empty and I walked around awhile trying to figure out which lot to go to but a guy helped explain the National/Alamo cars are together. Wasn’t a huge deal. I think it took 10 mins from the time I was dropped off to the time I drove out of the lot. First time using Alamo. I will definitely rent from Alamo again.”

“A little slow, so definitely plan to get there around 10-20 minutes before you need to leave, but very very friendly and accommodating. I left my wallet in the rental and was able to easily pick it up in the morning. The rates are very good as well!”
“The vehicle was great, and the staff at Harder & Mission were hard working and courteous. The only reason I'm not awarding 5 stars is that the site Enterprise chose for this very busy location is a logistical nightmare. No customer parking, and no room to maneuver vehicles being checked in and out. As a result, we had to wait 90 minutes for our rental vehicle. The hard working team at Harder & Mission Enterprise deserve better IMHO.”
“We have rented from Enterprise for 30+ years worldwide because the employees in every country are exceptional—this rental at the 98th Ave location was the best in all these years. Shandraia (sp) was incredibly patient, thorough, and answered all our questions. We were stressed because this rental was due to an accident. She was so calm and understood exactly our situation. She repeated things she had already told us ( but we were too nervous to process) as if it were the first time. Her skills with the public and customers are the best we've seen. The company should formally commend her. Hopefully, your CEO, Chrissy Taylor,
can personally contact her and congratulate her for representing Enterprise in such a great way, only generating more revenue for the company. I don't write reviews often, and never this effusively, which gives you an idea of how rare this service is in all businesses and how appreciative we are that she made this distressing situation so positive. She made it easy to execute the entire process, so we have been able to move on easily from it. We have loved Enterprise, but now we only plan to rent from you. We are sharing our story and recommending that all of our family and friends rent from your company, too.

“My experience with the San Ramon location has been nothing but positive. My Tesla has been sitting at the body shop due to an accident (not of my fault) and the customer service here has been great. The day I went to get the rental, the gentleman (unfortunately I didn’t get his name, but he’s Asian) was working all by himself due to lack of staff. He was doing the best he could, running around, answering calls, answering all my questions. He was so patient. I’d definitely rent from here again bc of the customer service.”

“Great little Hertz outpost in Cherrywood (Cherryland?) area between Hayward and Castro Valley. Frequented by people who are having work done on their car or otherwise non-travel audience. Kevin, the gentleman at the front counter, was incredibly helpful and made my process the smoothest it's been at a car rental counter. With the rise in prices of Turo and other car share services, I am thrilled to be able to go to Hertz instead when I am in the area.”
“GoRentals in general, but Oakland specifically is second to none when it comes to rent a vehicle.
If you don’t want to go through the “traditional hassle” of renting a car this is the way to go.”

“When I arrived for my reservation with another rental company, Fox, I was shocked to find their counter closed and no help available. I was stressed, stranded, and unsure what to do next. That’s when OBI at the Oakland Airport Thrifty counter noticed my distress and stepped in immediately.
