Lucky is a small grocery store that has been serving the neighborhood for over 50 years. While it may not have the great selection of larger stores, the staff is beyond helpful, friendly, and fun, providing excellent customer service. The store is clean and the checkout clerks are friendly, though the checkout lines can be long due to the limited space. Despite its small size, Lucky offers great prices on some items, though the selection of certain products may be limited. Overall, Lucky is a convenient neighborhood store with a dedicated and helpful staff.
The prices are extremely high. I wish Lucky's had better prices.

Love the deal went there during Easter got of good meat and chicken love the cleanliness and workers are nice and helpful always love going there since lot of good deal great customer service and great people that work there I can tell they love their work

I'm giving this Lucky's three stars because of the employees. This is probably one of the saddest Lucky's locations ever! I would like to say don't even bother. We make sure that when we need to go to Lucky's we either go to the Pleasanton location, which is amazing! San Lorenzo is even better than Castro Valley.
