“I opened a new checking on 9/1. I was to receive a debit card on 9/14. I am disabled, 84 yrs old. I asked a great employee (Pedro)if he could help me by getting a card sooner that I could use the drive-thru. He helped me by calling someone even though the manager would not help me. He did get one sooner. The manager just looked at me and said that I would receive it on 9/14. I can't wait until she is in my shoes. He should be rewarded for his understanding and kindness”

“Wow, I'm so surprised with all the negative reviews. I opened my accounts earlier this year and visited the bankers and tellers a couple of times each. Everytime I have received outstanding service and they all went above and beyond my expectations. I hate going to the bank and handling anything financial so I am happy my husband handles it all. But here I feel quite comfortable in taking care of it myself as the staff is always helpful and courteous.”

“I saw a lot of poor reviews, but they were from years ago. I had a lovely experience. I made an appointment on line with Brittney. There was no wait on the teller line either. We sat down at her desk and she set everything up. I got 5.65% interest for an 11 month CD!! There was one annoying glitch. She wanted to see my social security card. I don't carry that around. So I had to go home and bring it all the way back to the bank. When I made the appointment online, it wasn't mentioned. Everything else went smoothly. Thank you Brittney for excellent customer service.”

“I came for my CD account. It was JOSEPH CARIASO who assisted me.
I am not a numbers guy, so I was accompanied by my niece to assist me. It was not necessary, after all, because Joseph was so patient and explained stuff in a way I understood. He is very pleasant, friendly, and accommodating to my queries. We did not in the least feel that he was hurrying us up. And of course, he is very knowledgeable.
Next time I come, I will ask for him. Though I am sure everyone in WF is as good.”

“Getting to this bank is frustrating, because of its location. I wasn't having a good start to my day with misplacing my credit card. Wasted time going to the cinema only to find out I didn't have money to pay lol lost my debit weeks prior. Ordered a new card but never came in. Lol so decided to just get cash. Great staff. Thank you security guy for opening door for me and my niece. and thanks to Angelique who works there. She was incredibly friendly and helpful. I let her know my ordeal and she was helpful. “Came here to help my mom deal with the accounts that my mom and dad had together. The banker my mom had been dealing with over the the past few years was pretty awesome. I was weary when we walked in and was waiting to bombarded with "special deals" or other things to move her money into. Instead, Joe Cortez was super helpful. There was lots going on in the bank but Joe was very professional and took his time helping my mom. He explained things thoroughly to my mom and was just super patient. If people out there have banking oncerns or legit questions I would suggest calling him up and setting up an appointment. Thanks Joe for your help and thanks to Robert also”
