Everything works great and checkout at the other service they provide here. They have Internet provider with all the company, prepaid and postpaid wireless service for most of the carrier. “I never really come here for cell phones but I will admit the retail worker is friendly, is honest, and this place provides good prices for getting a cellphone upgrade when you switch to a new line. I don't like where the location of this retail is as it's quite ghetto and could use a new touch up. But if your looking to get a cellphone I recommend it here 7/10 (in my opinion)”

“i went in there because my phone was at 1% and didn't want to risk taking the wrong route home and ending up at a hotel. But the manager and the entire staff welcomed me in and sat me down. i told them that i needed to charge my phone and my situation. they were more than happy to charge it for me and also answer questions about a new phone i am interested in. “I’ve had such a great experience at TMobile in Pico Rivera that I have to post about my experience. I randomly walked in to switch providers and was helped by Jose Blanco. Genuinely nice guy and very patient in answering any and all questions we had. The deal was made but it was closing time so there were still many open items and things to clarify. Since that day we’ve called for Jose and he called back when he became available, and we went in for a few follow up visits and we specifically asked for Jose as he knew what we were trying to accomplish with our new plan. Each time, he welcomed us and continued to be friendly and patient as we required a lot of help getting set up, this was mainly due to us not being fully ready up front for the transition. We are now set up with all the details thanks to Jose. Also, I can confirm that TMobile maybe has the best coverage I’ve experienced in the Los Angeles area. Job well done, happy so far with TMobile and a lot of the sentiment has to do with our experience with Jose. Thanks man!”

“I’m writing a review for Daisy and Joel.
They were really nice and helpful. I cancelled my phone service a few months back and have been having issues accessing my account and my last phone bill (which was 4 to 5 months to ago). I have been back and forth with customer service on the phone and even at another store T mobile store who said they couldn’t help me and could only access the last three months and could not go back any further.
Joel said the store could helped me and checked me in. After that Daisy helped me and she was so patient. She called customer service and took the time to see if there was anything they could do. The rep said because I’m no longer a customer they couldn’t email me my bill but they could send it through the mail.
I am so grateful as I’m trying to get reimbursement for paying my phone off. Thank you Daisy, you were so helpful and kind!”
