Carlos was so patient, kind, and knowledgeable while helping us set up with my son’s new iPhone He got everything transferred over and working perfectly before we left. Victor gave me a great package deal for out of country phone usage and fixed some issues on my husband’s phone. Both Carlos and Victor are extremely knowledgeable , helpful, and professional! “I had an issue transferring phone service from another carrier to Boost, and stopped by the Boost store in Covina (Arrow Hwy & Azusa Ave.) The service rep (going by memory, I believe reps' name was Martin) did an excellent job setting up service with Boost, which was a tricky situation for a number of reasons, knew all the work arounds to get it done, and was patient as it took a little time. Service was set up and working by the time we left the store.”

It's easily missed, because it sits facing the side of Home Depots Garden Center (closest to the entrance off Gladstone). The agents were knowledgeable and patient. Diego and Domenic, willingly answered all my questions.”

“Walked in to get help transferring apps and data from my old phone to the new phone. The first guy who helped me didn't take time to understand my reservations or concerns. He just barreled through the process without consulting me. I expressed my frustration and he just disconnected everything and said he was going to get someone else to help me and walked away. Trust me, that experience was enough to make me put a 1 star on this review. But the manager did his due diligence to try and understand and make me happy. He listened to my concerns about the previous rep as well as my phone. He took the time to explain the processes and give his opinion about the different products I was working with. He was helpful.”

“I came into this t mobile store yesterday to pick up a new phone for my mother. We were greeted right away by Karina she put us on the waiting list. Luckily she ended up helping us with what we needed. She was very helpful and patient. My mom’s old phone had so many issues and she took her time to fix it since we wanted to keep her same number. She showed no signs of distress or frustration. We were there for like an hour but she got the work done ✅ and my mom left happy! Thank you Karina for your great customer service.”

La Verne and Glendora stores both wasted our time with incorrect info and attempted overcharging. The Upland corporate store was great!!!!!”
