From the moment we arrived, the staff was calm, attentive, and genuinely engaged. They took the time to listen carefully as I explained my dog’s symptoms and concerns, and I never felt rushed or cut off. It was immediately clear that they were focused on understanding what was going on rather than moving us through quickly.
Doctor Ahn was thorough and thoughtful during the exam and explained her observations in a way that was easy to understand. Instead of immediately pushing expensive tests, she walked me through what she were seeing, what the possible causes could be, and what options made sense at this stage. When diagnostics were discussed, the reasoning behind them was clearly explained, which made me feel informed and confident rather than pressured.
What stood out most was the level of communication and care. The doctor discussed supportive steps we could take right away, what signs to monitor at home, and how to prioritize next steps if my dog’s condition changed. I left the appointment feeling reassured, informed, and like my dog had truly been cared for, not just examined.
The entire team treated my dog with patience and kindness, and it was clear that they genuinely cared about his comfort and well-being. After a stressful experience elsewhere, this clinic was a huge contrast in the best way possible.
I would absolutely recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a veterinarian who is attentive, communicative, and truly invested in their patients. This is the kind of care every pet owner hopes for.

Margo was the only trainer I found that came to my home for training, she showed my kids training games to play with the puppy as well. I also did Therapy Dog training through Margo’s course, now my Great Dane Lab gets to help other people :) The Good Karma team has taught me so much about the importance of training. I am currently taking my second dog through her training, every week we look forward to the Saturday pack-walks. Thanks Margo and team for all your help the past 2 years.

There is outdoor seating in the outside area as well as some limited seats inside but I'd recommend taking it to go. The have the seaweed packaged in a way that it stays dry during while you transport it. Definitely a great place for a quick and healthy lunch. Use the website to pre-order and avoid lines/waiting. Their presentation is also fantastic and a nice touch.

Ordered a bento box and the portions are very large, has so many different sides, all tastes good and the price is reasonable. Food is super fresh not premade, and the pork katsu w cheese is delicious. Recommend to dine in cuz it tastes the best when it’s hot. I’ll definitely try other dishes next time!

Price is about $16 per person just for the 8” sandwiches alone, which is higher than most sandwich shops offering 12” subs. You have the option to dine in but the owner is pretty suggestive about customers do takeout instead, if ordering around 3:45 PM, this is the only vibe which made the experience poor. This deli closes at 4 PM sharp!

Even with a busy two-lane drive-thru, the limited staff kept things moving quickly and smoothly without ever seeming rushed or stressed. Every single person I interacted with was kind, patient, and efficient. I also grabbed a seat outside, and the little patio area was clean and well maintained. The food, as always, was excellent. This was hands down my best In-N-Out experience yet , huge credit to this crew for their hospitality and hard work. Thank you!
