Banfield Pet Hospital
21848 Valley Blvd, WalnutBanfield Pet Hospital was open on a Saturday when our regualr Vet was not. They quickly saw our dog and treated her & addressed the issues. Banfield Pet Hospital in Walnut provided us with needed medication to take home for our pup as well as providing me with the infomation of how to use it. They also provided a cone for her so she would not lick her area of concern. Within 1 hour of being home from Banfield Pet Hospital in Walnut, CA, out pup was doing well and the next day, you would not even know she had an issue. So happy to have found Banfield Pet Hospital!

Pet-Friendly Restaurants

Mediterranean Kabob Station
1233 N Grand Ave, WalnutI'm so happy to have landed work nearby and discovered this family-owned Mediterranean gem. You can genuinely taste the quality in every ingredient. Everything feels fresh, thoughtfully prepared, and made with love.
The food is simple, wholesome, and full of flavour. It's the kind of meal that leaves you feeling energized instead of weighed down. Even when they're busy, the team works with ease, warmth, and genuine passion for what they do.
Businesses like this are what make a community thrive. If you're looking for meaningful, high-quality food made by people who truly care, do yourself a favour and support this local family business. Highly recommended.

Picnic Time Sushi Hub
20747 Amar Rd #8C, WalnutWe always like to go to Picnic Time to get their Yubu. It's a small and cute cafe, but the ambiance is welcoming and comfortable. They also have a lot of new items on the menu. We ordered their seared salmon Yubu x 3, one Kimchi Yubu, one Lemon Ponzu Salmon Yubu, and one eel Yubu.
The food was fresh and delicious. The server was friendly.

Wallace Chicken
18732 Amar Rd, WalnutAbout 3.9 stars. A warmer chicken patty where it doesn't make me guess whether the chicken is fully cooked would take it to 4 stars. My chicken was fully cooked, just colder than expected. The best part next to the flavor is that the chicken is real whole chicken, not the fake ground up chicken patties found in all the big chains. They provide American yellow pickled chilies as a compliment which complements the chicken really well. This compliment should never be removed under any circumstances. Some chains like Curry House started loaing business after quietly trimming down on compliments, eventually closing & leaving California.

Native Fields
18750 Amar Rd, WalnutGreat service and amazing food. The cinnamon bun, salted creme cornbread, honey lavender latte, and smoked salmon plate with potatoes were so good. Second time coming here and was just as good the second time around. Probably my favorite breakfast spot of all time.

GOOMO BOBA TEA SHOP
1217 N Grand Ave, WalnutI went to the shop for the first time last week to purchase the stainless steel bottle and tofu meal. The young lady that took my order was helpful by explaining to me a couple of the features on my new bottle. While I do love my new bottle I do wish I didn't have to remove the straw to close the lid and unfortunately it doesn't fit in my cup holder. The tofu is delicious and the rice with kimchi (slightly fishy), seaweed (a little sweet) and pickle is also good. Definitely looking forward to the fried tofu again and I'm using my bottle everyday!

Clearwater Bagel
20747 Amar Rd #1, Walnutever since i started going to college i have been going to clearwater bagels. i took some time off and it’s been about four years since ive been back to clearwater bagel and its just as wonderful as the first time. at times there can be long waits, but it is well worth it. don’t come if you’re impatient or entitled, the workers put so much into their food and can tell they care about their work. they have so many wonderful different flavor combinations to choose from.

Cafe BT
19820 Colima Rd, WalnutThis is an unassuming shop from the outside, but it really surprised me. There's a good ammount of seating, having both an inside and outside that are both pleasant. We ordered the strawberry slush with boba, large shaved ice, and churros. The churros were filled with a delicious custard. All dishes had super cute presentation and attention to detail. As an example, the Lychee jellies inside slushy were star shaped. Would love to come again and highly reccomend!!

The Curry Pizza Company #6
376 S Lemon Ave, WalnutI ordered the Butter chicken and Savage Pizza. Both were good but I have had better desi pizzas before. Also relatively expensive compared to other places - $26 for a medium pizza.

Hong Kong Cafe 香港茶餐廳
20747 Amar Rd, WalnutWalking through the door felt like stepping off the MTR at Causeway Bay. The fluorescent-lit signage, the cramped-but-cozy booth seating, the plastic-laminated menus, the sound of clattering ceramic — every detail was dialed in. This isn’t a “Hong Kong-inspired” cafe where someone Googled the aesthetic. This is the real thing.
The milk tea arrived in a tall glass with that unmistakable pulled-tea smoothness — silky, slightly bitter, perfectly sweetened. It could hold its own against anything I’ve had at a dai pai dong. The pineapple bun with butter (bolo bao) was fresh out of the oven, with a shatteringly crisp sugar crust giving way to pillowy bread and a cold slab of butter melting in real time. I may have ordered a second one immediately.
The scrambled egg on toast was a masterclass in simplicity done right — fluffy, custardy eggs on thick-cut white toast, the way cha chaan tengs have been doing it for 60 years. The wonton noodle soup had that clean, delicate shrimp-and-pork broth with noodles that still had bite. Proper.
Service was fast, no-frills, and efficient — exactly what you want. No unnecessary fuss, just good food delivered quickly with a nod. Peak cha chaan teng energy.
If you’re homesick for Hong Kong, craving something authentic, or just tired of cafes that prioritize Instagram over flavour — this is your place. Don’t miss it.

Donut Tree
388 N Lemon Ave, WalnutAbsolutely love this place. I don't live close, so whenever I'm in the area I make some time to come by. The workers are so friendly and nice! Also their blueberry donuts are delicious. The blueberry donut is of the thick cakey consistency, so if that's not what you like you can always get the classic glaze donut.
