The Staff for the past 20+ years has always been friendly, courteous, reliable and hardworking. It's a small but cozy shop that works with most if not all shipping services. There is a small section for boxes, packing tape and supplies as well as a drop off zone for ready to ship packages.”

For a guy like me used to barely disguised disparagement, microaggressions and macroaggressions, and even blatant defamation from those tasked with assisting me, NONE OF THAT HAPPENED on this recent visit. This has been an extraordinary experience. The young man INSISTED on taping up my torn up box. I have to admit, it was next-level and not what I was expecting. This is easily a 5-star location and I can't recommend it enough. Highest possible rating, other places will NEVER get this rating even if they paid me IN CASH to come over.”

“How could anyone not love this place? We've had a mailbox here for 7 years, and the service has always been beyond expectations. Friendly, with a smile, even during those darn lockdowns. We initially got the box because mailbox thieves were in our area. But once the guy was caught, we kept using it because it eliminated the risk of porch pirates at xmas. Further, we no longer had to worry when stuff we ordered was delivered on a different day than promised. It was safe, even if we were out of town! Prices are great, service is great, and they work hard to earn your business each and every day.”

I don’t know the name of the worker who helped me, but he had some tattoos of musical notes on his arms. The copier in the lobby wasn’t working, so he scanned in my license and even checked to make sure that the scan had saved correctly! He was so pleasant and helpful. Will definitely come back here.”

“I needed to send a couple of birthday presents to my daughter at UCSB, but didn't have a box the right size and so I just took my gifts and the card in a shopping bag to the UPS store and I explained that it was for my kid's birthday in Isla Vista in five days. My clerk/Robin was smart, personable and efficient. She took care of everything and sent me on my way. An hour or so later she called twice before she got ahold of me to ask me whether I meant to include one of the receipts for one of the presents that I had left in the bag. Of course I told her 'no'. But I thought her calling and asking me was such a thoughtful thing to do. THAT is was I think of as great customer service.”
