“I don't know if he or his boss is going to see this but I just had the best experience thanks to Deante. He was welcoming, super helpful, and didn't rush anything. Greeted people like regulars at a coffee shop and smoothly and politely got out package shipped. Would've tipped him if I could've. Deante, if you're out there, way to go restoring out faith in humanity.”
“Nice employees. Helped me with sending out a package even with such little space inside. The ladies were nice enough to assist with making sure my stuff was packaged safely. Thank you.”
“It was good 3window clerks. Long lines. The window clerk that was helping me had to close her window, because her machine was acting up. So I was helped buy another clerk after she finished with her customer. Then I had stamps from 2006 I asked did they have any 1 cents stamps she said at least there office didn't have any. She asked me if I wanted to use my stamps to put on my package. If so I would have to get out of the line and do so. She told me the price for Priority. Was 9.00 my stamps were 29 cents, 39cents and up. After having to wait because the teller I went to machine broke down . And move to another window. There was no way I was getting out of that line. I know things happen.”
“I see a lot of 1 star ratings for this location. I’d like to chime in with a 5 star for their post office especially. I am an online seller, and I have shipped over 30 packages with this location. Every single one has been delivered on time to the correct address. This location is also more feasible for me as I live near the mountain, and this is the closest option. I package and print/tape my mailing slips ahead of time, and I don’t mind if I’m out of ink, as each mailing slip printed at their location is one dollar, which is more affordable at times then a $30 ink cartridge. I have also had nothing but great service.”
“The staff who serve me today at this USPS location have an excellent attitude. Typically, bureaucratic behavior is rampant in these institutions, and many of the service staff tend to have bad tempers, poor attitudes, and are quite lazy, behaving as if they're being pampered.”
“I want to give a big shoutout to Maria and Marcus at the Chino Hills Post Office. They were incredibly helpful when I came in to pick up a package and send out a large envelope. Despite the long line and the busy atmosphere, they remained patient, kind, and professional the entire time. Their friendly attitude made the experience so much smoother and more pleasant. It’s rare to see such great customer service these days, especially when things get hectic, so I really appreciate their help and positive energy. Thank you, Maria and Marcus!”
“I don’t know that coming to the post office has ever been an enjoyable experience, but it definitely was today. The two women working today were so helpful, so welcoming, despite a long line and only 20 minutes to closing. The energy was really so lovely, and everyone left in a better mood than when they entered, smiling and laughing. Genuine connection is so rare these days, so grateful for the team today!”
“I'm surprised at all the negative comments. This PO has allowed me to stop getting in the long lines at one on Arrow. I've received only helpful assistance. Someone complained about only one person in line. If your definition of a great PO is to have a long line go to the one on Arrow. Please stay away from this nice little alternative.”
“It was packed eight minutes before closing. There was 14 people all with packages. I had three. A couple people had a lot of questions and needed guidance. The postal workers were very patient and accommodating and friendly and knowledgeable and they actually got all of us out of there happily without having to go past 5:00pm. WOW! They are ? good. Thank you Ontario Post Office. Way to go.”
“Staff has been very kind and helpful. I haven't done anything other than dropping off prepaid packages for our company so I can't review any of that.
However, had no issues with my packages getting lost and staff has always been helpful.
I do dock 1 star for avaliable. On the local website page it says the kiosk is 24/7 that is not true. Also, the web page says PO box access until 3pm on Sunday. I've come multiple times and the door is locked. Pretty annoying.
But no issues to report other than that at this time.”
“Adrian was super helpful, patient, and kind! He even helped me bring large boxes to the truck. He answered each question I had too.
It’s honestly rare for me to have a good experience at the post office, but Adrian provided exceptional customer service.
If you’re reading this, thank you Adrian!”
“I don't know why this post office gets such bad reviews. Maybe they've had problems in the past, but the customer service staff in place now is always helpful, kind and professional. I'm usually there a few times a month for various types of mail services and I've never had a problem. Sometimes they get really busy depending on the time day or holiday season, but I either use the kiosk during those times or just try again a different day.”
“The Mailcarrer that does my street is the BEST. Eric is always happy to see me and has a smile. He has been with the Post office for a long time, and has lots of experience.GOOD JOB ERIC”
“My wife and I recently visited the United States Postal Service to apply for our passports, and we were fortunate to have Christy assist us. From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly welcoming and made us feel at ease. She patiently guided us through the entire process, ensuring we understood each step and had all the necessary documents.
Christy's knowledge and professionalism were evident as she answered all our questions with confidence and clarity. Even when we were unsure about certain details, she took the time to explain everything thoroughly. Her patience and kindness truly stood out, making what could have been a stressful experience feel seamless.
What really impressed us was Christy’s genuine dedication to providing excellent service. She went above and beyond to ensure our application was completed correctly and even shared helpful tips to expedite the process. It’s rare to encounter someone so committed to their work, and Christy's passion for helping others was clear.
The USPS is fortunate to have such a wonderful team member, and we are grateful for the exceptional service she provided. If you’re applying for a passport or need assistance with any USPS services, I highly recommend seeking out Christy. She truly made all the difference, and we can’t thank her enough!”
“Came in today with Passport appointments was help by the wonderful Ms. Anika, I wrote out my checks incorrectly she advised for me to get new checks and come right back in to finish my appointments. I did just that, she helped me fill out all my documents correctly with no pressure, great service and patience. Everyone was extremely detailed, attentive and to the point (which I think some might confuse with rudeness) overall very helpful. Ms. Anika thank you!”
“I am responding to the several selfish, unthoughtful negative reviews posted recently. I have come to this post office for more than 20 years, beginning from the time I was a student at the nearby colleges. I have noticed how USPS head office have steadily reduced the staff, services, and capabilities here while the number of customers has remained the same or grown. Head Office has set up this post office and hundreds more like it to fail. Your unthoughtful complaints are not helping. Meanwhile, staff here struggle valiantly on. I thank them for doing their best in spite of conditions beyond their control. May I recommend before you slam the staff here that you consider writing first to USPS Washington DC and your representatives. Thank you.”
