“This is a wonderful place with amazing staff. Matt, Max and Mercedes were the nicest people. I had my 2 birds boarded there and i knew they were safe and well taken care of. They showed me the other birds they care for and I so appreciated the visit. I just love love birds so getting to see other species there made my day.
I also got to meet Tofu (who was the bird that was bird napped). So happy to see that Tofu was returned safely and watching him dance with Max ☺️.

“Wow! We called for carriers for our cats for our flight and Damian knew the exact ones for TSA. When we came in, he went and got the carriers and he also recommended an awesome calming serum for our cats on the flight. He was amazing, knowledgeable, and just easy to talk to. A+ service. My Mother, my husband and I commented as we walked out of Pet Express, what a great guy and it’s rare you find that kind of customer service. Our two bro/sis rescue tiny pups had it rough from the start. We have been taking them weekly for their puppy socialization classes. Because they are bonded it was suggested we take them separately- which was the right call.
They are making great progress little by little.

“The manager, David, and staff member Tessa are so knowledgeable and helpful. This store is the best Petco I’ve visited and I travel in an rv and have been in many Petco stores. Their recommendations and care and concern have helped my dog, Lucy, get the best food and treats for her health. Her skin is shinier and she sheds less and she is so much healthier thanks for Walnut Creek / South California Blvd, store. I am so impressed with this Petco and how the store is managed and how their staff is trained to provide excellent customer service. The staff cares and connects with the customers. So impressive. “My brother is in the hospital so I am taking care of his cats. One of them was having trouble walking and needed her nails clipped. They took her in without an appointment, trimmed her nails and also removed some mats in her coat. The cat was much happier after that. Thank you, Bark Avenue!”

“I will have to say this was a pleasant Discovery when I got a new job and drove by it a few times. I stopped by and had wonderful conversation with the owner and some of their employees. They were helpful and friendly and informative of the area when I asked. I ended up buying a remote control boat for my son in their garage sale area it was really cool. They also were very thoughtful of the community and when I asked if I could get some of their boxes for my work they happily did so. Bottom line This place checks all the boxes for feeling like I'm back at home in Indiana.”
