“I was born in San Francisco and have lived here a number of times. I always saw those cars but they seemed too tourist oriented. Coming back for a visit after 10 years and renting a GoCar to see the city was a lot of fun. My wife just laughed most of the time.
I recommend it as an option, if you have 3 hours to just hangout together and want a quick tour of the city.”
“Wonderful experience, pickup was quick and thorough, staffer Carrington Collins let us pick our car and he explained the features and checked it over, Nissan Rogue performed well. Return went smoothly, drove into return garage, staff checked it over and made sure we emptied it of all belongings. Took the train back to terminal. All very smooth. Thanks!”

“My car was hit, and they didn’t leave a note. It was $5000 worth of damage, so I had to go through my insurance. My insurance gave me a list of places to choose, and I’m so freaking grateful I chose fix auto on Folsom. Everyone was funny, empathetic, nice, and kind. They helped me find a week that I could handle losing the car. They helped me and identifying rental car options, and they kept me posted all week on the progress. The car looks flipping fantastic, and I’m wildly impressed with all the work they did. I cannot thank them enough, because if I had to go through such a crummy experience, they at least made it bearable. I would work with them again in a heartbeat. Absolutely go here if you want someone that will be honest and listen to your problems.

“My experience was quite positive overall. It started off badly when I was offered a rather old Jeep Compass with about 20 scratches, but only 10 of them were recorded in the protocol. A woman from SIXT agreed to add the remaining scratches, but eventually my patience ran out, and I insisted on changing the car. The new car was a much newer GMC Terrain, which was great. Still, they shouldn’t have such junk in their fleet at all — I don’t understand why I was offered it in the first place. The guy working on the floor with the cars was great, though — unfortunately, I don’t remember his name.”
“Faramarz provided the best service that we have received at a rental car company and should be the role model for every employee at Sixt! He was very kind and respectful and explained everything really clearly with professionalism. He really made our day and I would highly recommend visiting sixth at Fishermans wharf when you need a car in San Francisco. The car was new and clean as well!”

“As I walked away from dropping off the car I realized I'd left my cell phone in the cup holder. Went back, flagged down the car I thought had been mine, no phone to be found. The manager, George, was immediately helpful and had his team look for it. Within about ten minutes they found it for me.
When he handed it back I thanked him, and his response was to apologize for the wait-- the wait that only happened because of my mistake.
I really appreciate George and his team for the level of service provided.”

Their service is so good… pickup and drop off locations are very close to the nearest public transpoet & also sometimes when i want a ride early morning, i get the car delivered to my place…
The cars are very good & clean, and their call support is also quick and easy.

“City rent a car was amazing! Their customer service is above and beyond! We had a different company cancel on us day of and City Rent a Car was able to help us get a car that same day. They were super helpful and even suggested local spots to visit where we were traveling to. I left my purse in the car on accident and flew out of the city before I realized. City Rent a Car found it and priority shipped it to me in 2 days across the country!! Not everyone will do that, so I truly appreciated this company and its people for going above and beyond for me even after we returned our car. Thank you so much City Rent a Car!!”

“Rented an amazing Jeep Wagoneer to take 7 of us up to Sonoma. Pick up and drop off was very fast and efficient. Location is in an area known for homelessness. I’m from a city so doesn’t bother me and I walked to and from location from my hotel without any issue. You could always taxi there if it concerns you.”

Living about 3 hours away, I called them to see if they had them and if they could ship the AirPods to me. They had them and also agreed to ship them to me free of charge!
