Gladys was wonderful and helpful with switching by old phone to new one . She went above and beyond to help me . Please give Gladys a raise . She is a great asset to Metro 👍😀🙏

Karla is AWESOME 👌🏽 She helped me twice, on two different days, with two new phones. Easy setup, got me out of there in 15 minutes, AND made sure I saved the most money.

They like to speak in spanish when they looked at me and assumed I didn't speak spanish when I returned phone case that phone stand Did Not work when phone was in it. Guess what? Took 3 years spanish in high school. Extremely unprofessional. I'm done with this location.
