“I was looking to send a box to my family. Very good service, and good prices, the guy that works there was very kind and gave me all the info I needed to send and track my package. They also fix cellphones so I ended up getting a screen protector for my iPhone while I was there. I’ve had it for a week and it looks good. Highly recommend!”

“Your customer service representative was very attentive to my needs as a visually impaired person having to drop off two packages and get a copy of each receipt with tracking numbers to give to the intended recipients separately”

“Excellent customer service. I had a question about a unique shipping need and they were able to quickly answer it and provide a solution that worked. Reasonable prices, too! There are shipping boxes of all sizes and many other shipping supplies on-hand. Highly recommend!”

“Walked in for a drop in livescan for the DMV and my school. Service was really quick and staff was friendly and courteous. Pricing is lower than most places around, charging $30 for each livescan (not including the $32/49 DoJ fee). Great option for the price, and will definitely be coming back in the future for any licescanning. (They charge $3 for credit cards, so bring cash or debit)”

“The UPS Store on Monument Blvd is a clean, organized, and very convenient location for all your shipping and printing needs. The store is well-maintained, with tidy counters and neatly arranged supplies that make the whole experience smooth and stress-free. “Best UPS Store Around — Hands Down!
I stop by this UPS Store several times a week, and it’s honestly one of my favorite errands. Joe, the owner, runs an incredible shop — friendly, fast, and always on top of things. He sets the tone for great service, and it shows every single time I walk in.
Laiqa is fantastic — super kind, always helpful, and her sense of humor just puts me overboard laughing every time. She somehow turns a quick stop into a comedy show — honestly, she should come with a warning label: “Caution — may cause uncontrollable laughter at the counter.”
It’s rare these days to find a place where you feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of, but that’s exactly what Joe and his team have built here. Five stars just don’t feel like enough for how good they are!
Thanks Joe and Laiqa — you two make this place something special!”

“Staples handles all small technical issues seamlessly. They not only have a great product display. They can order something you need if it is not in stock and it arrives free shipping within a couple of days. It is my local, easy place to go for quick tech fixes and also large print/scan jobs, etc.”

“amazing staff I'm greeted every time i walk through the door, they do not practice price gouging here as does the UPS store up Clayton Rd...paid $1.46 for label here, the gouging store wanted to charge $3.56 for same, exact label that they got for free from UPS itself !!!”

“They don't answer the phone because they don't have one here unfortunately, they have really long lines, and the only good thing about this office is they are helpful and are nearby where I live so I can send packages”

“They don’t answer the phone so you cannot ask questions about printing projects. It is very hard to get information pertaining to what I need to do to complete my project before coming to the store, so I’m not sure how to prepare my documents. I feel that you might be able to get better business and more business if you have some type of website or instruction as to how to save files so they print specifically a certain way that way I don’t have to spend 799 to have somebody you know size a photo?. I have to make two trips now though and then resize them all myself so that’s really frustrating. Thank you. I just thought you would like to know. Customer service is not bad, It’s not very employee’s fault.”

“Passports! I had to get passport renewals for minors, and that can only be done in person. It was impossible to get an appointment anywhere, but they do walk-in passport applications here!!!

Here is what I learned and my pro tips:
-walk-in appointments MWF 9-10am ONLY
-They only take the first 20 people… (I don’t know if that’s actually just the first 20 passport, but I don’t think it’s groups)
-If you’re number 21, you’re gonna have to come back another day
-If you wanna make sure you are in that first 20, you need to get your rear end there *** early*** (the line was about 30 people along by 8:30 AM today)
-don’t think that you can show up at 9 AM and be fine, at least not at this time of year
-Come with everything already completed
-Use black ink only
-Better yet fill out your application online and print it out
-Don’t worry about passport pictures, they take them there and charge $15
-They take check or debit card for passports. No credit cards.
-They’re strict and very busy, so bring your patience, be polite and be humble to their process
-if you are eligible to renew by mail, just do it and save yourself the hassle

The lady that helped me was very down to business, but awesome! I think this post office is great, they’re all nice and helpful.”
