First – Amazing Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra Purchase
I had a great experience buying my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra from this shop. The phone was in excellent condition, exactly as described, clean, original, and working perfectly. Battery life, screen quality, camera, and performance are all outstanding. The price was very fair compared to other stores, and I felt confident that I was getting a genuine device with no hidden issues. The staff took their time to show me the phone, test everything, and make sure I was fully satisfied before purchasing.
Second – Honest and Truthful Technician (Haji)

“Great staff, the new screen looks perfect. Fingerprint unlock is broken after my replacement screen was installed.
After getting home and discovering fingerprint unlock was broken, I called and they picked up the phone (great staff) they told me to come back to fix it. I drove back, the did quickly fix it. It is now 100%
It would have been nice to run through that unlock before I left in the first place.”

“My phone's screen died right on January 1st and this was one of the few places that was open and the only one that had the right parts in stock. The technician (Vince) was very nice and the price was quite reasonable. The problem was quickly diagnosed and the repair (screen replacement) was done. I was very happy.
The story continued, though, since next day I realized that something was not quite right with the camera(s). They would start, but then freeze in a couple of seconds. I called the store and Vince immediately offered his help. I dropped by and 30 minutes later the repair was done free of charge, no questions asked. Vince also explained what happened.
Very, very happy and grateful (especially since I had to leave the city the same day). Highly recommend.
