“Great staff, the new screen looks perfect. Fingerprint unlock is broken after my replacement screen was installed.
After getting home and discovering fingerprint unlock was broken, I called and they picked up the phone (great staff) they told me to come back to fix it. I drove back, the did quickly fix it. It is now 100%
It would have been nice to run through that unlock before I left in the first place.”

“I took my iPhone to this store (HMB Cellular on El Cajon Blvd) two days ago. It was damaged when I slammed my car hatch door while the phone was sitting right on the latch. It certainly damaged the screen severely but also a dent on the back of the phone. I was certain the mother board inside was probably damaged. The young man at the front counter, whose name I don’t recall, was extremely kind and helpful. He kept Re-assuring me that although it looked bad, it was still possible for the inside to be intact. He proceeded to open the phone and checked all inside parts in detail which took him a good hour, and told me the phone was still completely intact and that only the screen would be needed to be replaced. He replaced the screen. My phone works as well as it did prior to the damage. Thank you HMB Cellular)! I can now see why you have 382 reviews and all with 5 stars! I will certainly be referring friends and family!”

I can’t say enough good things about iTech iPhone & MacBook Repair. Their customer service is consistently excellent, and they stay in communication every step of the way, which I truly appreciate.
They recently repaired my MacBook, and once again, the experience was smooth, transparent, and stress-free. Prior to that, I’ve brought in a cell phone and another device, and I’ve always been extremely satisfied with the quality of their work.
Their prices are reasonable, turnaround time is great, and they genuinely care about their customers. This is my go-to repair shop, and I will definitely continue coming back. Highly recommend!”

“My phone's screen died right on January 1st and this was one of the few places that was open and the only one that had the right parts in stock. The technician (Vince) was very nice and the price was quite reasonable. The problem was quickly diagnosed and the repair (screen replacement) was done. I was very happy.
The story continued, though, since next day I realized that something was not quite right with the camera(s). They would start, but then freeze in a couple of seconds. I called the store and Vince immediately offered his help. I dropped by and 30 minutes later the repair was done free of charge, no questions asked. Vince also explained what happened.
Very, very happy and grateful (especially since I had to leave the city the same day). Highly recommend.
