He thoughtfully answered my questions, explained my purchase options and the deals on accessories which I needed for my new phone. He also gave a few tips to help me transfer my data for after I left the store. After putting off getting a phone for so long, Matthew made it super easy. Plus the Padres game was on in the background.”

“I have been shopping here since 2011. Daniel and Chris are great, always happy to help, have good quality refurbished Macs at great prices. I have had some Macs repaired as well and they do a great job as well as less expensive than taking it to apple. Also sometimes they will do repairs when Apple won't.”
“My phone's screen died right on January 1st and this was one of the few places that was open and the only one that had the right parts in stock. The technician (Vince) was very nice and the price was quite reasonable. The problem was quickly diagnosed and the repair (screen replacement) was done. I was very happy.
The story continued, though, since next day I realized that something was not quite right with the camera(s). They would start, but then freeze in a couple of seconds. I called the store and Vince immediately offered his help. I dropped by and 30 minutes later the repair was done free of charge, no questions asked. Vince also explained what happened.
Very, very happy and grateful (especially since I had to leave the city the same day). Highly recommend.
