“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Phone Purchase and Repair Experience I’m a Local Guide, and I visit and review many businesses regularly. Based on my experience, this phone shop truly deserves a five-star rating. First – Amazing Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra Purchase I had a great experience buying my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra from this shop. The phone was in excellent condition, exactly as described, clean, original, and working perfectly. Battery life, screen quality, camera, and performance are all outstanding. The price was very fair compared to other stores, and I felt confident that I was getting a genuine device with no hidden issues. The staff took their time to show me the phone, test everything, and make sure I was fully satisfied before purchasing. Second – Honest and Truthful Technician (Haji) What truly makes this shop stand out is Haji, the technician. He is a great guy with excellent customer service. HAJI was very honest, truthful, and professional. He explained everything clearly and did not try to sell me anything unnecessary. He told me exactly what I needed and what I didn’t need, which shows real integrity. It’s rare to find a technician like him who values honesty and customer trust over profit. Third – On-Time and Efficient Service The service was completed on time, exactly as promised. No delays, no excuses. Everything was done quickly and efficiently while maintaining high-quality work. I really appreciate businesses that respect customers’ time, and this shop definitely does. As a Local Guide, I can confidently recommend this shop to anyone looking to buy a phone or get repairs done. Thanks to Kaynar’s honesty and excellent customer service, this place has earned my full trust. I will definitely return and recommend it to friends and family. ????”

“My phone's screen died right on January 1st and this was one of the few places that was open and the only one that had the right parts in stock. The technician (Vince) was very nice and the price was quite reasonable. The problem was quickly diagnosed and the repair (screen replacement) was done. I was very happy. The story continued, though, since next day I realized that something was not quite right with the camera(s). They would start, but then freeze in a couple of seconds. I called the store and Vince immediately offered his help. I dropped by and 30 minutes later the repair was done free of charge, no questions asked. Vince also explained what happened. Very, very happy and grateful (especially since I had to leave the city the same day). Highly recommend. Attached is the photo of Vince made with the repaired camera.”

“I recently purchased the iPhone 14, and I must say, I'm thoroughly impressed from Mr Umer services which is store manager under new management . And the moment I unboxed my phone, the sleek design and premium feel were evident. The camera quality is outstanding, capturing vibrant and detailed photos in various lighting conditions. The A15 Bionic chip ensures smooth performance, whether I'm multitasking or playing graphics-intensive games. The display is bright and clear, making everything from browsing the web to watching videos a pleasure. Battery life has also been a significant improvement over my previous phone, easily lasting a full day with moderate to heavy use. Additionally, the iOS ecosystem is intuitive and user-friendly, making the overall experience seamless. Overall, the iPhone 14 is a top-notch smartphone that delivers on all fronts. If you're looking for a reliable and high-performing device, I highly recommend considering the iPhone 14. It's a worthwhile investment that enhances your daily mobile experience.”
