Her exceptional customer service kept me as a customer when I came in-store to cancel. However, BUYER BEWARE—NOW mobile has been a nightmare. I couldn’t reach a human, and when I did, they were overseas, unhelpful, and transferred me endlessly. After countless hours, I’m still stuck with the service, trying to cancel two unwanted lines. Despite a return receipt, I haven’t received my refund. In-store agents are limited, and I wasn’t the only customer frustrated with the NOW product. The product looks good on paper, but the reality is a total bait-and-switch. Reeling you in with cost savings, but you’ll save neither time nor frustration. The online interface crashes, and chat support leaves you hanging. Two weeks later, I still have no resolution. BE CAUTIOUS - Xfinity doesn’t care about your experience. I’m shocked that they offer such a flawed product with misleading claims. Shame on Xfinity!”
