“Listen, I’ll keep this short and sweet.
I spent well over three hours on the phone with Verizon customer service in the middle of the night trying to get a number that had already been ported attached to my phone. The number came from a CRM that used VoIP, and Verizon already had it in their system. The problem was simply getting it connected as the second eSIM on my phone. Somehow that turned into an endless loop of transfers and troubleshooting that went nowhere.
All that actually needed to happen was one small step. Delete the second eSIM that wasn’t connecting, reactivate it, and start the setup again. That’s it. Nobody on the phone could tell me that.
So the next day I went into the store.
There was a slow customer ahead of me who clearly needed a lot of help with basic phone stuff. Then another guy who wasn’t exactly rude but kept pushing for exceptions the employees obviously couldn’t give. Through all of it, I watched Konnor handle both of them with patience and kindness.
By the time I sat down, I was doing my best to stay pleasant after wasting three hours the night before going in circles and getting nowhere.
I explained to Konnor what was going on. Within seconds he knew exactly what the issue was and what the next step needed to be. We fixed it, my second line is now working exactly as it should, and the whole thing took maybe ten minutes. He even took a couple extra minutes to double-check everything to make sure it was fully set up correctly.
Anyway, if you ever have an issue with your phone and end up at this Verizon store, be nice to Konnor. He knows his stuff.

Her exceptional customer service kept me as a customer when I came in-store to cancel. However, BUYER BEWARE—NOW mobile has been a nightmare. I couldn’t reach a human, and when I did, they were overseas, unhelpful, and transferred me endlessly. After countless hours, I’m still stuck with the service, trying to cancel two unwanted lines. Despite a return receipt, I haven’t received my refund. In-store agents are limited, and I wasn’t the only customer frustrated with the NOW product. The product looks good on paper, but the reality is a total bait-and-switch. Reeling you in with cost savings, but you’ll save neither time nor frustration. The online interface crashes, and chat support leaves you hanging. Two weeks later, I still have no resolution. BE CAUTIOUS - Xfinity doesn’t care about your experience.
