“Love me some hobo freight! Everytime I come to one of their stores the selection & product quality has increased. This store has so many items it's hard to even attempt to browse the entire selection while my fiancé waits in the car. I come for 1 or 2 things I have found on the app & verified the particular location has in stock & walk out with an arm full of things I couldn't leave without getting.”

“I have not been at Ganahl Lumber in 20 years, being that I moved to Utah 20 years ago in 04 .The new stores absolutely gorgeous I'm so grateful that they still have so many of the old employees. that I remember I remember Sarkis at the gate making sure you have your 2x 4S. I'm glad to see that they still have Tim their work in the Millwork sales and of course I'm so grateful to find out that Lisa Mrs Pez tattoo , is there too so awesome it was so fabulous walking in the door.”

“I enjoy the convenience of going to this Home Depot based on the location, but if there is a Home Depot in the local area that will be out of stock of an item, Costa Mesa will be the first to be out of stock. Also, the buy more save more discounts online are not in the store, so it's better to shop online than in the store. I don't know of another retailer that competes so heavily against their Rick and mortar employee run stores.
On the plus side, the check-out associates are generally courteous and quick at moving people through lines. The floor staff in each department are a bit thinned out and often busy with several other people vying for their attention.”
“I have been buying from this company for over 40 years. They are not a public storefront but they accept walk-ins and help as best they can. There is nowhere else in Orange County that you can have someone do an on site hose repair the way this company can, and while they are extremely busy at all times of day fulfilling large quantity orders for industrial businesses, they will make sure you get taken care of. This does mean you may have to wait and be patient.Just like every other business right now, they are short-staffed and having issues getting inventory shipped in. They qualify good customer service as getting the job done; if they can't do it, they'll tell you. If they are too busy to get to you right away, they will tell you. I appreciate their forthrightness and honesty which I will take any day over fake smiles and solicitous condescension.”
