“excellent customer service if you ever have an issue, they take care of you and their VIP program allows you to return or exchange any shoe within 90 days of use which is amazing as you know putting a shoe on May feel one way in the showroom and very different out on the road or the trail so I highly recommend their VIP progra”
“I made the mistake of buying some Allen Edmonds shoes online without being sized in the store. Turns out the boot I ordered runs narrow to what would typically be expected. I brought my boots into this location and explained to them my situation. They were extremely helpful, measuring my foot and even offered to stretch my boot in store with no charge. I’m hoping this stretching will have resolved my issues but regardless, they have earned a new customer with the exceptional customer service I received. Thanks Dan!”

“I haven't owned a pair of Birkenstocks in years, so I figured I should try a pair on instead of buying online. The sizes are quite different from shoe sizes.
I was helped by Carolina. She was very knowledgeable about the styles and brands, and helped me try on a few pairs.
I was between a 9 and 10 size, so it took me some time to decide. I appreciated that Carolina was patient and understanding.

“EVERY bride should have this experience while shopping for a gown! Words truly cannot convey how special the team at ML South Coast Plaza made my bridal fitting. On the way to shop for my dress, my mother suffered a major heart issue and was hospitalized for emergency surgery. Victoria at ML was the kindest, most above and beyond customer service I have ever encountered. When I had to cancel my appointment suddenly to car for my mom, she personally spent weeks working with me holding multiple dates at once as we waited for over a month for my mom to recover and have our magical day of dress shopping. She checked on me and my mother while we were in the hospital and stayed in constant contact with me as we waited for the doctor’s clearance and a good day to travel. We drove many hours to reach the store and Victoria and Stephanie were unbelievable. They treated us like royalty, like we were meeting old friends. She listened and supported me through my entire experience and we all cried I think when we found the perfect dress on the perfect day - the same day my mom and mother in law & sister in law met for the very first time! It was honestly a core memory and I am looking forward to going back to the boutique to have my fitting. These women make it more than a transaction. The women at this store (especially Victoria and Stephanie) are committed to making the experience of shopping for a dress one you will always cherish and i personally think whether you buy a gown here or not, if you’re a bride you MUST go have the ML bridal experience at South Coast. The only thing more beautiful than the gowns are the people who work there.”

“Very lovely experience with Teresa and Tony. Despite how busy the store was, I felt very appreciated and was not rushed despite being uncertain which bags I wanted to see. They had no problem bringing several different sizes and colors for me to try, making suggestions, explaining the different leather and exotics, and once we narrowed the choices down a bit we moved to the private room. I wanted to come back after an hour or so walk around the mall because I was indecisive and they were so gracious about it, no pushiness at all.
