“Came here to look for a specific headband for my sister and ended up buying 2 jewelry pieces for myself!!! I didn't find her headband but they had a really cute lock and key necklace and really cute heart earrings. I wasn't even expecting to get anything. I also looked around at what they had in the rest of the store and they had really cute holiday pajamas. I used to always get holiday stuff here but I have way too much as it is so I was able to contain myself.”

“H&M is basically my entire wardrobe. Everything is cute, comfy, and trendy. The store is sometimes messy but on the better hand, has a wide variety of choices for men, women, and children. I can almost always find something to wear in the clearance section. Online deals are great, too. I would definitely recommend downloading the app. I'm going here for my back to school shopping!”

“We drove here from San Diego just for fun. Uniqlo is amazing. This store is packed with humans and products, so if you’re sensitive to crowds beware.
Found some things to update my wardrobe. Their stuff is well made and lasts. I can’t wait until we get a shop in San Diego.
One thing that sucks is the line to the waiting room when we were there on a Saturday. I just bought stuff and went to try it on in the bathroom of the mall. I saw people just trying stuff on out in the isles too. The line wrapped around and blocked off some of the isles so it was awkward to shop.”

I live more than an hour from this store but they carry Fit exclusively so called, asked some questions about some new items that she graciously answered & then sent to me. Such a nice, patient, professional phone disposition & a great reflection on the store. It’s nice to see that J Jill hires some mature, articulate & comfortably social employees. Thank you.”
“If you go to the one at the Beverly Center, please do work with the manager Katt. She's the classiest and most original professional there. I definitely suggest that you should work with her. I worked there a year but she was the "new manager." I asked her a question that was harmless because she was being very "kind" that day, and 20 minutes later I know that I was walking out of the door because she had me removed! I think Katt was trying to prove how wonderful she really was. It explains why she didn't listen to the context of when I was asking her if she was having a bad day because she was aggressive and micromanaging me when I already knew the protocol textbook wise around the shop. My words were twisted words and I was removed. I really liked my job. I've always gotten along with authority. Im rooting for her and hopes that she continues to be more and more successful along the way. I wish her well. Wishing much success to the Webster team. You guys are great people. Thank you for being kind to me as I was the guard and you guys were the sales team. I mean it! I'll see you guys at the top! You know who you are. Cheers!!”

“Came in to do some birthday shopping and get a dress for myself, found this lil gem on Yelp, checked out their selection online and had to try the stuff on myself. The owner Shelli is super nice and helpful! A lovely mix of stuff for going out or even more mature events. Actually even went to Urban Outfitters right after to maybe get a black dress and compared to UO, this place has got wayyy better quality clothes for the same price points. Definitely coming back to check on Shelli's selection again!”

They are very accommodating in that I was traveling and they worked with me on having someone else pick up my unsold items etc. I will never go to anyone else for clothing items I'm ready to let go of. “The service here was excellent. My SA Kim was incredibly friendly and brought out a variety of clothes for me to try on despite me only coming in to try boots. I tried on boots and belts. She also brought me and my partner water right away which was new since most of the other boutiques don’t offer that unless you’re buying something for sure so that was nice. I did feel bad for not buying anything but I will be back in the following month to purchase those boot’s hopefully fromSA Kim. Thank you for being so amazing and helpful Kim!”
