I've been a client since 2012 when I first moved to Culver City, and now, even though I live an hour away, it's still my go-to location for unique, comfy, classic clothes - with an edge. Lovely, well-made clothes and a wonderful experience! Did I mention it was fun?! ? ❤”

“I never wrote a review for a clothing store, but Vanessa, the manager went way above and beyond to help me out, and she deserves all the stars!! Ordered online for the first time and the sizes run small for me, so she was very quick in exchanging for a larger size. Annnnd, I had ordered a skirt, thinking it's a combo incl top. But the top apparently wasn't included, so she offered me to look at other stores and found one at another place, called that place and asked them to hold it for me. I really appreciated it because the skirt was final sale and it would've been super difficult for me to match it w something else because of the design of the skirt. Ahhh thank you Vanessa ?”

“Great selection of clothes. Lines are always long so be prepared to wait. Order pick up takes a while every time I go but the staff is always nice and the store is always clean and organized. I prefer this location to all of the other ones I’ve been to.”
“I found an outfit I really liked. But it didn't fit at all. Disappointed with my body more than Penneys. I had to return it. Couldn:to return it at the cash register. Had to go all the way to the back of the store. There was a line. But once I got to the counter I was out in two minutes.”

“I mostly do my shopping online when it comes to Macy's so I mostly only know about their online pick up station. It is also the item return/customer support station. While they have two lines, one for online, one for returns. I just recommend getting into the return line. They'll still be able to help you as it's the same staff. But if the line for returns gets busy they'll at times prioritize working that line down before seeing online guest. If you're coming from the mall entrance, pick up is the opposite entrance bottom floor. If your coming from the parking outside, your in luck, right by the doors. Make sure you take your ID and have the bar code ready. Ain't no one wanna watch you struggle to find it. And the parking by the entrance is usually extremely packed as it's prime parking real estate. Save yourself the time, park farther and make the walk, get your steps in. Could spend hours waiting for a spot. Staff is fast, courteous, and fast.”
“This is a nice Macy's with excellent Customer Service. Specifically, The Cashier LaNette from the Women's Department was cheerful, respectful, and incredibly helpful during today's Labor Day Holiday sale. Five Stars for this Macy's location, Customer Experience, and great Holiday Sale!”

“I love this Ross, especially the good vibes from the employees. They always have a smile when they greet the customers. I would have put five stars but lately there has been more shoplifters walking out the store with massive amounts of stuff. It's noticeable that employees and managers are upset that these people could get away with stealing and return back for more.”

“Nice store with well made clothes. They have a cool concept and offer you to browse the store, decide what you would like to try on, make your choice on the digital panel and wait for the first available dressing room. Nice thing - all you pick will already be in the dressing room’ closet and you can add on and request different color or size right from the dressing room. The inconveniences that I’ve experienced: the store assortment is pretty poor comparing to their website. No sizes and fabrics were available for the dresses I wanted. Besides that the wait time to the dressing room was 15-20 minutes. The parking was a pain: very busy street, meters only, and you need to be very lucky to find one available. I was trying on 5 outfits and someone was knocking in the door every 5-7 minutes. If you guys have time limits please communicate it before I got into the dressing room. Overall concept is awesome, customer service could be better. I am still glad I came and found out what size fits me to order some dresses online.”
“My favorite clothing store to shop at. I don't shop here as much as I would like to because they are pretty expensive, for example, 1 pants can cost up to $25, but nevertheless this place is very stylish and I enjoy getting my clothes here.”

“Yesterday Sat - the first day of Spring was first time in an Aeropostale store. And even though I am not a young adult - I was allowed to browse there! Not only that but the clothes and the staff were and are really cool! And in particular was a Ms. RD. She was especially really cool!! And even though I didn't buy anything- they have a really cool hold policy which puts most both anchor stores at the mall to shame!!!I will be returning to pay and pick up the torn skinny jeans style I chose!Mark”
“The Savage Fenty Store in Westfield Mall is one of my absolute favorite retailers, and being a VIP member makes the experience even better. I could easily spend an entire day there, especially enjoying the exclusive VIP dressing room. It’s the largest one, with super sexy lighting that creates the perfect ambiance. I must admit, I always take some amazing and sexy pictures in there!
The selection of products is fantastic, and the overall atmosphere is just incredible. I can't wait to visit again and enjoy another fabulous shopping experience. Highly recommend this store to everyone!”
