“Found this absolute gem the other day! The shop is filled with so many unique finds, and Caleb was incredibly sweet and helpful throughout my visit. It’s the perfect neighborhood spot, I’ll definitely be recommending it to all my friends!”
“Not a big fan of their selection here. The staff is always friendly and helpful. It definitely runs in skinnier sizes. They have good dresses for proms Etc. It's located on the second floor across from where the food court is. They have dressing rooms. Not much of a shoe selection, but they also have good tape and other Intimates to help you dress.”

Now, with that being said–the reason I am writing this particular review is because I want to applaud someone who stepped up and made a bad situation better and fixed what could have turned from bad to worse.
Everyday people write simple reviews of things that go right or wrong(usually the latter). However, very rarely does someone admit that something went wrong, TAKE RESPONSIBILITY and make everything right. Well, that is exactly what happened with my particular order.
Too often things do happen and usually they pass it off to someone else or ignore it completely. I will absolutely support Aquelarre and everything they do for one simple reason: I know that my support of them will be matched by their support of me.”

“Diana the store manager is absolutely welcoming! If you look at my last two reviews I walked into stores with my daughter and was not approached or spoken to which I cannot stand! So we decided to check out the store & was immediately greeted with a smile and do you need help finding anything!? I literally thanked her for doing that because it means everything. The district manager is here too and she was as sweet as pie. I didnt even know she was the DM until I was told upon leaving. Her name is Jenny! “I went to Finish Line for a shoe that was on sale, they had the shoe but not in my size. The sales associate Cesar C. checked for that shoe and made suggestions of other shoes. He was patient with all of my request and changes.I was ready to buy another shoe but he found a shoe in my size in the system. He did everything to save the sale and to make sure that I was a satisfied customer. Cesar assisted me online to purchase the shoe that I really wanted, in my size, on sale and with free delivery. Cesar provided excellent customer service. Thank you Cesar!”

“Wow! A week ago, I stopped by the Macy's store in Culver City, for the first time since moving here last year. I was looking for a bed skirt.
Tonya in the linen department suggested I leave my contact, should she come across what I am looking for. And sure enough, she followed through with a call yesterday evening to say she has one.
Bed skirts are not easy to find. So, I appreciate her taking the time to be mindful in looking for what I had been looking for.”
“I had an excellent experience at Nordstrom Rack. The store is impeccably clean, creating a pleasant and organized shopping environment. The staff are exceptionally welcoming—always smiling, attentive, and ready to assist at a moment’s notice. Whenever I asked for help, they responded promptly and with genuine care. Parking is also a breeze—there’s plenty of space, making it easy to get in and out. Overall, the atmosphere is upbeat, and I left feeling truly satisfied with my visit.”
“The service in the pick up order/ return area was good but the store was very warm. Which make it uncomfortable to shop or stand in line, On the flip side the manager was very accommodating with accepting my return which was a few days past the 60 days policy so I am grateful for that. They didn't have a lot of boys underwear in 5T or 6T but I'll order online once I get home.”
“This store is stocked with T-shirts, sweatshirts, sweatpants, and Dickies gear, pants, shirts, and jackets. I had my name embroidered for volunteer work, and they delivered quickly at a great price. I’ve already been back three times! If you need workwear or casual basics, this is the spot.”

“Nice store with well made clothes. They have a cool concept and offer you to browse the store, decide what you would like to try on, make your choice on the digital panel and wait for the first available dressing room. Nice thing - all you pick will already be in the dressing room’ closet and you can add on and request different color or size right from the dressing room. The inconveniences that I’ve experienced: the store assortment is pretty poor comparing to their website. No sizes and fabrics were available for the dresses I wanted. Besides that the wait time to the dressing room was 15-20 minutes. The parking was a pain: very busy street, meters only, and you need to be very lucky to find one available. I was trying on 5 outfits and someone was knocking in the door every 5-7 minutes. If you guys have time limits please communicate it before I got into the dressing room. Overall concept is awesome, customer service could be better. I am still glad I came and found out what size fits me to order some dresses online.”
“Based on the ads and the fashion shows, I always thought that this was a lingerie store for larger gals. Not true. They have both guy's stuff and gal's stuff, from undergarments to sweat pants and all in-between. Lots of promos for signing-up. We got some good casual clothing for a good price.”
“I love this Ross, especially the good vibes from the employees. They always have a smile when they greet the customers. I would have put five stars but lately there has been more shoplifters walking out the store with massive amounts of stuff. It's noticeable that employees and managers are upset that these people could get away with stealing and return back for more.”
