He listened as I explained my situation and issues at a level far below his own, and offered all the options and alternatives/workarounds he could envision to get me to most cost-effective solutions.”
“One word: Expertise. I came in with a "SIM Swap PIN" issue with my replacement device. I could not log on to my Coin base account and had to reauthenticate my access, but due to the new device not recognizing that I am who I say I am, I needed to validate my identity. Ziggy helped me reset my password via Coin base, re-authenticate my identity-access, and within two days my account was back online. Ziggy (and Ernie, who also did some initial trouble shooting to see what he could investigate), were highly professional, and well trained in their respective roles. They should be promoted. Thank you both!”
