“While currently experiencing a rough holiday season this year due to finances, being a new mom, and other struggles, I was not looking forward to going to UPS and paying for a service I needed to complete for a new job. Upon starting the process at UPS, there was some issues with the application my job had given me, which was resulting in me having to pay additional fees. I was very upset and wasn’t being very nice to the two ladies at UPS, however, they continued to help me and provide excellent customer service. Seema showed extreme compassion and was able to help me complete the process without totally hurting my pockets. She made my day and as I was leaving, told me to “keep that smile going.” I wouldn’t have been smiling if it weren’t for her. I believe the other girl’s name was Sonny, who was also very sweet. People like these ladies give me hope that there are still nice people who care about others. Thank you for brightening my holiday season.”

“I had a great experience here today! I always go to this UPS for returns, but I stopped in with 4 boxes of old paper records that I needed to shred. They explained the cost, came to my car to help me bring all the stuff in, placed all the papers in the locked container for me (to be picked up by Iron Mtn) then recycled my boxes. Soooo much easier than going to Staples and I really appreciate the customer service. They made my life so much easier and made the task stress free.”

“Intelligent Office is an amazing option for all business types. The Management (Sierra Van Derkamp) is very hands on. The offices are beautiful, conference rooms ideal and the public areas (lobby, restrooms & coffee area) immaculate. Free parking is a definite perk. This is a perfect alternative to a home office!! We just had our holiday party there and everyone loved the location and ambiance!”

“I hate shipping DHL items, it’s never convenient. Well I might be taking that back if all shipping experiences are as lovely as going to the Lafayette Pack and Ship!! I had a label and a package and assumed I’d need to buy packing tape and probably even be charged for the scissors used to trim down the label like other stores. Not so! Very pleasant experience with this shop, and appreciated the detailed explanation from the gentleman who helped me with my DHL return. Great experience!”

“Walked in for a drop in livescan for the DMV and my school. Service was really quick and staff was friendly and courteous. Pricing is lower than most places around, charging $30 for each livescan (not including the $32/49 DoJ fee). Great option for the price, and will definitely be coming back in the future for any licescanning. (They charge $3 for credit cards, so bring cash or debit)”

He makes the process painless, while every other place (ie Lafayette UPS and post office) makes it a huge hassle.”

She is very efficient, professional but most of all consistent. Although, I seem to notice new workers whenever I return but they are all friendly and helpful as well. “Tony at the Concord UPS store on Clayton Rd exceeded my expectations today. I had 3 bags full of clothes and a box of shoes I needed to ship to a colleague who lost everything in the SO Cal fires. Help helped me bring the bags and shoes in and got a huge box to fit everything. I was so grateful for his customer service and empathy. I thought it would have cost me $250 but to my surprise it was only $166. Thank you Tony and UPS Store.”
