“Jessica and Jason at UPS at the Orchard Shopping center in Walnut Creek give the best service and personal attention. Whenever I have something special to copy I go there because they always listen and create the best possible outcome. My requests are never easy, but they work together and are motivated to make me happy. In fact today, Jessica would not stop be be more perfect even though I already was 100 % satisfied with what she had printed so far. She said “ I want to do a perfect job”. Besides this attention to detail both Jessica and Jason have a great sense of humor. It is so good to laugh with them.
It is a treat for me to go there because I ride my bike and enjoy “the outing”.”

Most importantly, when I mentioned I had more boxes, Noah went above and beyond. He offered me a dolly, stepped away to prop the door open, and even kindly lifted the boxes from the dolly onto the scale.
Noah was kind, calm, and extremely considerate of what I needed. I’m grateful for the experience — if every UPS location operated like this one, shipping would always be a pleasure!”

Pricing is lower than most places around, charging $30 for each livescan (not including the $32/49 DoJ fee). “I don't mind going to this post office especially since I live so close. I can't say I haven't had my share of problems with them, but it is the post office and sometimes thats to be expected. Generally when I go I'm in and out as opposed to other larger ones. I wish parking was better, but downtown Clayton is pretty small”

I had a passport appointment and was in and out in 10 minutes. No lines, and the staff member was friendly, efficient, and even took my photo on-site. It's a small post office with just one staff member, but everything ran smoothly. Hidden gem for passport services!”
