I'm usually there a few times a month for various types of mail services and I've never had a problem. Sometimes they get really busy depending on the time day or holiday season, but I either use the kiosk during those times or just try again a different day.”

“Lupe and another kind lady who works here are very fast and helpful. There was at least a line of 5 that went through very quickly. They were personable, friendly, professional, and just great at their work. I rarely send out mails, and she made the experience absolutely quick, painless, and for an affordable price. It's really amazing, genuine, and customer service that is pretty rare. I hope the wonderful employees are praised for their kindness and great quality and speedy work. There is plenty of parking in this plaza with a grocery store and a gym nearby. A few restaurants are here as well. It's very clean and organized inside their store. It's nice and cold to help us beat this heat outside. Lupe totally made my day. I'm very grateful to get her expertise to help me send something to a military base to my sister, brother in law (who is in the military), and nephews. I definitely want to come back here if I ever need to mail something out, I recommend this location to anyone who wants to go in and out of a post office pretty quickly and have the best, kindest, quality customer service!”

“I want to say that the Placentia post office was more than awesome, they went above and beyond. Especially Justin. I had a package that was delivered past the deadline, so I wasn't going to be able to get it until the next day, and I was leaving early the next morning. I needed the package for my trip. I spoke to a couple of guys, one being Justin. He gave me his phone # and I gave him mine. I called him two hours after the PO closed.He answered and said they hadn't located it, and asked me to give him some time. Two hours later, he called E to let me know he had located my package, and I could go and get it. I was so impressed. Not a lot of people go above and beyond like that. Placentia post office on Kraemer saved the day. I am so appreciative. not a lot of people would go out of their way like that.”

“Today, the post office had an extremely long line of customers. Zulma and Sid got the line down quickly and after everyone was gone (except me ), I thanked Zulma for always being patient with me whenever I came in and had more than the normal amount of questions. She responded with thanks and I also let her know how helpful Sid was to me, on a prior visit.They are so understaffed, it's ridiculous. Yet, they both have a great disposition. Please be kind to the postal workers, they are doing their best to get you taken care of.”

“It's a very small post office, right off Irwindale Ave and Arrow Hwy, on a side street directly across from a city park and the Irwindale Police Station. The parking lot has 4 spots, one is disabled only, however, there is parking permitted at it's curb on the street, which is why 4 stars. If you arrive at 2:00pm during weekdays, you'll have to come back at 2:30pm to allow the employees their lunch break. There's also the drive-up out-going stamped mailbox with the Priority Mailbox and Express in the parking area. It isn't as big as the Covina Post Office on Rimsdale or the West Covina P.O. nearby the West Covina Fashion Plaza which may discourage some but I find a bonus for no waiting, generally. It has a handicapped entrance and ramp next to disabled spot. And I've yet to see any of the postal employees being rude or unhelpful to any of the customers and there definitely is no woman by the door asking if you need stamps (really? it's so small, she'd get in the way if she existed) as one review claimed. I just like it because it's quick and easy if I need to go inside.”

“I see a lot of 1 star ratings for this location. I’d like to chime in with a 5 star for their post office especially. I am an online seller, and I have shipped over 30 packages with this location. Every single one has been delivered on time to the correct address. This location is also more feasible for me as I live near the mountain, and this is the closest option. I package and print/tape my mailing slips ahead of time, and I don’t mind if I’m out of ink, as each mailing slip printed at their location is one dollar, which is more affordable at times then a $30 ink cartridge. I have also had nothing but great service.”

“Never judge a book by its cover! From the outside, this place looks rather dingy and maybe even a little shady, but the couple who manages this operation are super kind and trustworthy. They offer a wide variety of mailing services and partner with all of the major carriers, which is convenient. I came here to mail out a package via FedEx, which was super fast and easy. I was somewhat concerned because the woman noted they don't scan packages for tracking until FedEx actually arrives to do pickup, but I took a picture of the tracking label for my own purposes and later saw the item in transit shortly after 4pm as promised. Just be aware that they don't have the immediate weighing, scanning and tracking that they would if you went to an authorized store since they are more of an independent third party. Nonetheless, I can appreciate a smaller operation and am happy to know this place exists!”
