“I needed a few monitors, keyboard and some cables today to set up my home office, and was helped by Stephanie! She was kind, knowledgeable and found ones that would work for me. I initially went in for certain moniters but they were out of stock and Stephanie was able to find 2 similar ones that would work and still have good quality. She was patient, and kind. She described the difference between the brands/moniters! Next time you're in the laptop/gaming/moniters/desktop section, ask for Stephanie! I highly recommend her.

I have to say the associate Violeta did help me to up-grade she took her time to explain all to do with up grade shae answered all my questions she made my day!!!! Great customer service very good people skills. Violeta restored my faith back into T-mobile I had a bad experience before but she made up for it and then some!!! “Due to a car accident last year, I was looking to have a dash cam installed in my new car. I found Sound Scapes and decided to stop by. John (the owner) was there and I explained that I was looking for a hard wired install and he offered to do it that day. Unfortunately I was unable to leave the car and had to return at a later date. He was very flexible with scheduling. The work done was great.
Fast forward to now. I had a sensor issue and the dealer tried to blame the hardwired dashcam. I took the car back and John showed and explained how it would not affect the sensor. He disconnected the camera on site so I could take it back to the dealership. Once the faulty sensor was replaced, I came back to have the hardwire swapped out with just a run to the USB in the center console just so I don't have to deal with the dealership excuses in the future.
In the end, the workmanship is fantastic. The pricing is great. To top it off, the customer service was amazing. Thank you John, I will definitely be back and recommend your shop to others.”
