“I typically get all of our shoes at famous, mainly at this location. Staff is always super helpful and prices are always good. However the one negative is that common shoe sizes are often out of stock. This is typical for famous tho. So I knock it a star for this. To keep brick and morter competitive with the internet it would be best to stock regularly. Specially for those impulse buys. Just my 2 cents.”

“Customer service second to NONE! I called ahead and spoke with Eryk regarding a specific pistol. He was upfront and honest and very helpful. when I came into the store to look at the weapon, he was even more helpful. He gave me info and even further proof that I was purchasing quality, he showed me it was his weapon of choice for daily carry. Most guns stores have the "holier than thou" attitudes however, both Eryk and Zane were super knowledgeable of the current laws in CA and answered all questions regarding changes to the current laws (restrictions/bans/etc.) which made me, the customer feel right at home. Purpose: I was there to buy a gun. they could have easily just started the DOJ/CA background check/etc taken my money and sent me on my way, but they went out of their way to assist, answering other questions regarding AR's and pistols. Additionally, they showed me potential upgrades to the weapon I was purchasing and gave me the pros and cons of certain brands. Where most gun stores/dealers would gladly have you buy extra junk or parts you don't need or want, they gave me honest opinions even if it didn't benefit them. I was thankful for their customer service, and because of that I am a future customer.”

“Went in to get some new running shoes. I had a couple in mind, but also asked for recommendations. Ean was extremely helpful. At one point, it seemed he was the only employee on the floor, but he handled all the requests well. He kept checking on me and willingly found each shoe I requested. I know I can be indecisive sometimes with purchases like this, so as it got busier I was nervous I ‘d be forgotten about, but Ean stayed on top of everything, gave great recommendations, and was very helpful in my pursuit of new running shoes. “Super friendly and helpful when I went in today to get a speed rope. I was able to try out plenty of different lengths and weights and they gave me some great tips on my technique. I picked out colors for the handles and cable and they cut a custom length of 8' .5" right on the spot and made my new rope. 10/10 I'll be back when I want to upgrade or get a different flavor of jump rope. ?”
