“I've worked with Fang since his Nissan days. He used to help me with my old Maxima so I was so happy to see him at the Mazda counter when I went in to buy parts for my Mazda 3. Most parts people are uptight and grumpy but Fang is so polite and friendly. I can joke around and be myself without having to worry about being judged or feeling like I'm talking to a robot. His knowledge on my car is ridiculous...I swear he knows all the part numbers by heart. Came in for oil filter, air filter and cabin along with spark plugs and some fluids. He didn't even use the catalog. Just typed in my order and got me taken care of in the blink of an eye.”
