βI took my Audi A6 in to diagnose an oil leak and to perform routine services. Prior to Auto Tech all services, maintenance, and repairs were performed solely by Elk Grove Audi for the duration of my cars life. I could not get an appointment with Audi's service department immediately and did not want to risk driving my car potentially causing damage after discovering the oil leak. I was referred by friends and family to Auto Tech since this was an unexpected problem that needed to be addressed immediately. Auto Tech was able to get me an appointment the following day after calling them and assured me they possessed the qualifications, knowledge, and experience to work on my car. After 2 days and a thorough inspection, Auto Tech was able to diagnose the oil leak and another problem my car had which I failed to notice myself. A full diagnosis of the problems, repairs, and cost was provided to me by Auto Tech via their user friendly website. Auto Tech Service Advisor Phillip Tran gave me a call and explained in detail the diagnosis and additional issues they found which gave me the honesty, integrity, and professionalism I was looking for. After approval of the repairs and cost, my car was repaired and ready for pickup after 7 days. I specifically requested OEM parts only be used for my cars repairs which understandably caused a longer repair time. Throughout the days of repair, they answered my calls and gave me progress updates and a tentative date of completion. My car is now back to full performance and drives like new again. I am glad I found a reliable and honest shop that cared for my car as much as I do. Additional to the referrals I will now give my friends and family for this shop, I find it only deserving to give you my honest review and experience as well.β
βMy car has never looked better, I didnβt expect them to wash and clean my car which it desperately needed and the repair was good, i honestly canβt tell the difference between my 8yr old car and a brand new oneβ

βI took my car in for a STAR smog inspection that was needed for my new registration, and everything got done pretty quick - around 30ish minutes. I was also a walk-in, and was surprised there weren't more people coming here with how amazing everything was.
Ben was the one who helped me through the whole process and was very friendly and personable. He seems like a really good guy, and also knows what he's doing.

βSo this shop can be summed up in one word GODSENT. I brought my car here through a referral and they found my 3 year long evap issue. 3 years ago I had a different install a new motor and they didn't complete the job correctly and had my hoses not connected right. I had another shop about a month take a look at it and say oh it's need cannister purge valve after replacing the gas cap that I knew wasn't the problem. Anywho when I brought the car to automotive solutions their techs Immediately spotted the hoses not hooked correctly. So as of today I have no check engine light and no codes are coming up. I been thru hell the last 3 years trying to get this check engine light off and not even the shop that did the motor found the problem. I am a happy little girl and I won't take my car anywhere else. Good shops are hard to find but when God leads you to the right shop you stay with them and that's what Im gonna do. Thanks to Valerie and her guys for doing a wonderful job and taking the time to listen to my concerns. God bless automotive solutions ??β

βI've worked with Fang since his Nissan days. He used to help me with my old Maxima so I was so happy to see him at the Mazda counter when I went in to buy parts for my Mazda 3. Most parts people are uptight and grumpy but Fang is so polite and friendly. I can joke around and be myself without having to worry about being judged or feeling like I'm talking to a robot. His knowledge on my car is ridiculous...I swear he knows all the part numbers by heart. Came in for oil filter, air filter and cabin along with spark plugs and some fluids. He didn't even use the catalog. Just typed in my order and got me taken care of in the blink of an eye.β
βMy wife and I own 3 Audis, but we live in Redding, CA, nearly 3 hours away from the nearest dealer. On the recommendation of my local mechanic, I skipped the closest dealer and went to Audi Elk Grove for service that required dealer expertise. My service consultant was Richard Rinehart, and he was outstanding. The technical work was efficient. When the replacement unusual component was not in stock, I was able to get a loaner vehicle. I think it is the best car dealer experience I've had in the 40 years I've been driving.β

βI went in today to have my 2012 Lexus Is250 looked at for damage caused by a different shop. And possible rodent damage. Jorge was amazing! Did a thorough inspection for rodents and ran diagnostic's , discovered the issue. Unfortunately because of my aftermarket products he wasnβt able to help which is completely understandable! He gave amazing insight on what to do next which is why i came! I highly would recommend this shop to anyone!β
