“Super friendly staff, large variety or plants and trees. The inside is huge and neat , very well organized. I really like how they load soil for you, other locations u have to ask or do it yourself but here its just what they do. Great location.”
“We have been wanting to get a new bed for the last year and finally when it became obvious that every morning both my wife and I had stiff low backs and not getting proper sleep ( having to resort to the recliner and such) we decided to take advantage of the sale that was offered. Shane ( manager) was very helpful in explaining the different types of mattresses and the benefits of each one. We made our decision very effortlessly.
Very excited to try it out”
“Excellent customer service and quality furniture. Ask for Jennifer. I gave four stars because furniture is too expensive but I purchased anyway. Hoping my new purchased lasts as long as my previous set.”

“Lisa is the best specialist. She has expert knowledge and fantastic insights about design. She will go the extra mile to ensure that you have selected the right piece.”
“This store carries the style of furniture I like, and I was left to roam freely - which is my preference when shopping. When I had questions they were answered. The credit application was simple and quick, and the delivery went smoothly. I am now quite happy with the design, quality and value of my purchase.”
“Excellent service. I had an opportunity to try several of the beds before making my purchase. I appreciated that the salesperson was not pushy but yet, provided options and explanation.”

“I can easily spend 4 hours here getting lost in the BEST way possible. So much to style up your home. I just want everything. Was seeking blackout curtains, left with the curtains, a curtain rod, photo frames, candles, drinking glasses, pillows, bedding, towels, and cute bathroom accents! Amazing prices and quality items.”

“Got our brand new in the box vanity for $1000. Originally 3 times as much minimum. It has marble and is an ABSOLUTE steal. The owner was awesome. It's cash only and no returns. But you won't get a better deal, that is for sure.”
“Friendly staff. Great prices.
Peter and David were great to work with. No pressure sales and willing to work with us figuring our needs. Highly recommend. Will be coming back for sure.
I think its completely unfair some reviewers are giving low rating for Ashlyn - dropping reviews for Ashley Furniture or Overstock.com
Beware of / ignore those reviews. Those are not for Ashlyn.”
“The manager Faizal at the Elk Grove-Florin store has been so helpful and accommodating. The best customer service I've had at a store in a long time! I love shop heroic and ill definitely be back to shop.”
“Great store overall. Friendly staff and clean bathrooms. I found everything from makeup to electronics! The prices were fair, not too bad. The atmosphere was loud and filled with shoppers. The store is accessible from a parking lot and had wheelchair access. I also found some staff help requesters and a Motorola sticky phone out of the MP3 player recycle bin. The bathrooms were clean.”

“Viktoria Root is outstanding with the details and specifics of ensuring the best possible match when purchasing at Mattresses Firm. She had the answers for questions I didn’t know I had. The expertise, service and overall experience made me feel as if I weren’t be sold something, but rather considered and cared for. Unmatched experience for any purchase I’ve made anywhere. Mattress Firm is doing it better than anyone thanks to staff like Viktoria.”
