“Exceeded my expectation my miles. The rooms and puzzles are very high quality and really well thought out. The staff is super friendly and supportive. I took my 11 year old son and his friend—they loved it and wanted to do another room right away.”
“We’ve had a fantastic experience working with Dynamico Tech Services! They helped us optimize our website in a way that truly made a difference. In Q1, only 20% of our referrals came from the website—but after implementing their strategies and improvements, that number jumped to 45% in Q2. The increase in website engagement has been both noticeable and valuable. Their team is responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Highly recommend for anyone looking to boost their online presence and get real results!”

“I took two teenage girls to this super casual spot on a Sunday afternoon. First time we've thrown axes, and we loved it! There are 5 lanes in the back, with tables and stools, and paper on clipboards if you want to keep score, They provided a tutorial/safety talk at the beginning, and then the freedom to learn by playing. We had two lanes to ourselves, which allowed us to experiment and throw a lot of axes. The other patrons came in couples, and each couple had their own lane.
By the end, we weren't great, but we had a great time. It was a fun and healthy way to get out some energy, practice focus, and just laugh together.”
“It seriously was so fun ? I got to learn so much about biology,my eyes and tinkering. Some of my favourite things in the exploratorium were the twister and the telephone booth”

“I have visited the store and the Artist Fair market as a customer and later as a seller of art. First of all the store on the first floor is one of a kind amazing. The various print artifacts could occupy you for hours; there are so many interesting things to see from the history of print, a huge spectrum. There is no other place like this. Mark and his staff were super friendly and helpful from the first time I entered the store.
In fact, that first visit, I chatted a bit with Mark and I left inspired to step out of my comfort zone and sell some of my artwork. 4 events later I did manage to in fact sell some of my artwork to my delight and amazement! Mark and staff are top notch in helping all of the artists and creators with the set up and make it seamless. They have created a welcoming and supportive community of artists and creators and it's been a wonderful experience! Thank you Mark, Jake, Israel and Melanie! ? -Kat (aka Katalina Art) ? ??”
“Bloc15 in Oakland, California, is one of the most vibrant and well-designed event venues I’ve ever experienced. The atmosphere hits you the moment you step inside, industrial yet polished, with sleek lighting and a layout that perfectly balances open energy and intimate vibes. The sound system is clean and powerful, ideal for battles, performances, and parties alike. Every corner feels like it was built for creatives to shine.
I had the honor of competing and winning the “Double or Nothing” popping battle there in 2025, and the energy that night was unreal. The crowd was hyped, the dancers came with heavy styles, and the judges held everyone to a high standard exactly the kind of environment that makes you push past your limits. Bloc15 gave the event a professional yet underground feel, with smooth transitions between showcases, battles, and staged cyphers.
Beyond the dance floor, the venue’s staff were welcoming and on point, making sure everything ran smoothly. Whether it’s a dance event, concert, or private function, Bloc15 delivers the perfect mix of culture, class, and creativity. Oakland’s dance scene felt alive in that space and I’ll never forget the night I took home my first Oakland win?”
“The staff, service and dress selection at Janene’s were all fantastic. I didn’t end up choosing my dress here but I had such a great experience. Leslie my stylist really went above and beyond. I would recommend Janene’s to any bride looking for her dress!”
“I absolutely am in love with what happens in these 4 walls. The ambiance, the people, the art, the DRANKS. Come get a coffee made from mushrooms in the morning and stay till happy hour and grab an off the wall drink from the Specialty Cocktail Menu. The music, lighting, comfy seating, and staff are all there for you. They book for private events as well as being open to the public.”

“A good place for a medium-sized commencement - beautiful medieval patintings on the ceiling, comfortable seats, good acoustic and view of the stage from anywhere.”
“Very nice bunch of people. Excellent facility. They start on time and they have good DJs. They dance on two generally but obviously you can dance what you want. This should always be in your rotation of times to dance during the week at least once every 2 months. They do it on a Sunday which they're aware of Monday morning work so they start early enough that you can get some dancing in before you go home.”

“Very 'downtown scene' basement club vibe. We went for guitarist/singer Maurice Tani and Low-Bar Corale- a portland based rock participatory sing-a-long - between the amazing skill of the leader, Ben - and the world class musicians, it was a show that way outperformed the cozy and very pleasant downtown club feel. Ie. This particular show could have been at the opera house.
Final grade for Venue and Performances and overall experience = A+”
“Bimbo's is fantastic! It's such a small and intimate venue. The sound was great. The margaritas were excellent. It was lots of fun mingling with people. I would love to see more shows there.”
“Sequoia is something special. Jake and Noriko are wonderful hosts and make the sake tasting experience feel casual and friendly. They brew a variety of sakes that change with the years, so there's good reason to go back every now and again to experience new sensations. Sitting right in the middle of the brewery for a tasting really enforces the idea that this is a small operation putting out some great product.”
“I came to see a DJ by the name of Fisher this last Saturday. Parking was a it of a hassle but I didn't pay too much ($21). I walked about 2-3 blocks. Entering the venue was smooth and organized. Venue is clean and nice inside with high ceilings and lots of lighting. We then went down into the lower deck by escalator. The show was held inside a huge hanger-like area. 25 aircrafts can easily fit inside. It was huge. There were two bathrooms areas but was not enough to stop the lines from forming. A row of port-o-potties lined up against the furthest wall from the stage. It's a great venue and am grateful it was cool enough and didn't get stuffy. I definitely will return!!!”
“I took my 9 year old grandson to visit the Hornet. Being a WWII buff, he was totally captivated and amazed. The views of the City were spectacular. Our docent, Dede, led us on a great tour of the Island and shared lots of interesting information. I hope that she is there for our next visit. Thanks Dede. The Hornet is definitely worth a visit. Don't miss it...”

“Love coming here with the kids. Cheap on Wednesdays. Tons of memories and great games. A valuable part of the community. Since we live near there, we go there fairly often, and it has never disappointed us. Staff are friendly, and games change occasionally. Kids love it so much my oldest daughter took her friend there and she had a blast. Great for family.”

“I had a wonderful stay at the InterContinental San Francisco. The hotel is modern, clean, and perfectly located for both business and leisure. What truly stood out was the exceptional service. Jim from in-room dining went above and beyond to accommodate my requests and made the experience seamless and enjoyable. Dorian was also incredibly helpful, ensuring I had everything I needed before heading back to the airport. Their attention to detail and genuine care made my stay especially memorable. I would absolutely stay here again.”

“Scene was the perfect spot for my daughter’s Sweet 16! There was plenty of parking, and the space was super roomy with tables and chairs already provided. The little kitchen and three bathrooms were great too! Working with Toby was super easy. He was so responsive and accommodating. The check-in and check-out process was a breeze. I’d definitely book this place again! Highly recommend!”
“It was awesome. I had fun tonight dancing bachata. The teacher observes every one of us and gave us really good feedbacks when he noticed something not right. Very friendly atmosphere!”
“We held our wedding ceremony and reception here. Michelle Sand and the other staff were extremely helpful in making sure everything went smoothly. The views are unbeatable and the building is gorgeous. The in-house catering was delicious and the service was excellent. I highly recommend it as an event venue.”
“Sometimes you just need a quiet comfortable place to relax and collect your thoughts. The rotunda is perfect for that. Not too many spots in downtown Oakland are quiet and peaceful, the rotunda is”
“My wife and I became members here and have no regrets. Great location next to the estuary and Jack London Square. We have tried all of their wines through having their flights. When we come we like to eat something with it so we have tried the almonds, olives,Brie, bread, pizza and salad with chicken. No complaints. The service has always been on point. Join or visit!”
“Shoutout to TW for a welcoming coworking environment. I was traveling from out of state and booked a meeting room for a few hours and it was exactly what I needed. I left my laptop charger there and they mailed it back to me no problem. Wish I lived closer !”
“Nice people - But they are Elks, what do you expect!
We dry camped, that is all they offer.
The lodge tour was wonderful!!! What a cool lodge building.
They are a block from Main Street Alameda, lots of different food choices.
Try Signal coffee, you will understand how a small shop does coffee better than next door Peet’s or Starbucks.”
“I contacted Phoenix about hosting a memorial service. Saskia responded extremely with a quote and we were able to see the space the next day. Saskia was incredibly friendly and kind. The space is lovely and their service is extremely flexible with respect to food and price, which allows you to really design your own event. It's great to have a space like this in Alameda!”
“Not trying to blow it up but I just did!

“We’re a family of 4 and stayed at the argonaut for a few night visiting San Francisco in august. Overall, we had a very good experience. The beds are comfortable, the double quin room we got was roomy and the room had a nice design (but the view was practically not relevant). The hotel location is excellent with many cafes and restaurants around and the hotel staff was very accommodating and very helpful. We recommend this hotel.”
“Fantastic location with beautiful murals covering the building. Everyone was extremely welcoming and happy to chat. Definitely recommend if you're near Dolores Park or general Mission Area!”
“We had a wonderful stay here. The rooms were great especially when you’re traveling with small children. Everything was so clean and the staff are so helpful and friendly. Thank you to Lincoln and the front desk manager for helping me with late check out and laundry services. You guys were so kind! Location is central to many things and there is a Trader Joe’s across the street if you need anything for the kids.”
