“Was in a bind with my Google Pixel 6 experiencing battery swelling making the right side of my phone screen separate from the casing. Showed up at 9 am on a Monday morning. Sy took one look at my phone & said that is definitely battery swelling causing that.
Gave me a quote, had a new battery in stock and said the tech would be in shortly. They were able to put me at the top of the list as their other repairs were waiting on other things. They had me out of there just before 10:30 with the new battery and seal installed. I didn't have to miss time at work as I need my phone for remote authentication. I would definitely recommend and/or use them again.”

“I had a dead phone with water damage and called AT&T who said only Apple can help you fix the phone. I went to Apple and they destroyed my account and destroyed my Apple ID and locked me out of my account for seven straight days. I went to AT&T and they helped me,Completely, and got me a new phone delivered to my house on the same day by 7 PM that night by a wonderful insurance representative that AT&T uses! Best experience of my life and I would recommend AT&T over anybody if you have an iPhone. I have an iPhone because my family uses iPhones. If it wasn’t for my family, I would never ever ever ever ever get an iPhone. The biggest company in the world and they completely screwed up , I love AT&T! I spoke to so many Apple Support Team Members, none who could help, spoke to Seniors Advidors, who could not help! What a joke! Thank you AT&T! I solved my Apple ID issue on my own three days before Apple Security said the issue would be resolved! If the original Apple Store didn’t let me shut down my phone with too many sign on attempts in the store, my issue could have been resolved in one day! Apple made my life miserable for days!”
“I had a most favorable experience at this store on Saturday 6th of July. I originally went into the Cricket store to get a new Sim card and holder as my Moto GPlay has a side Sim card location. Well fortunately I got lucky and Victoria whom knew that do to the type phone I had and the location of the Sim card with a slide frame. I would have to replace the entire phone with a knew one. This was my second attempt at getting the Sim card previously I had waisted a trip to Walmart purchased a similar card which was completely wrong and the man in electronics had told me to purchase a Sim chip which was not for my phone. once again left without being able to use my Moto G Play phone. In this day and age communication with one's distant family is important and very necessary
I highly recommend that not buying a phone from Walmart this had been my second waisted Sim chip experience with Walmart. In closing thank you once again for your 5 star service and helping me choose my Galaxy A 14 phone Victoria . How nice to be given the correct information on along with everything g necessary for the phone to function and look so good . I left with a phone and screen protector and case. Victoria lined up thr screen protector perfectly. This Galaxy A 14 is great I love it.”

“Great place. Cracked my phone in July and went to another phone repair shop in Escondido. For a new phone screen and screen protector it cost almost $200. In January the phone screen started coming loose and last week I dropped my phone the whole screen came off and my screen turned green. Came to this repair place and they offered to fix it and add on a new screen protector for just $170. I also told them what happened and they explained that the other repair place didn’t fix it properly and thoroughly, that’s what caused the phone screen to come loose. They offered a 6 month warranty (the other place offered 60 days) Good and honest work!!”
