Sure, some parts are a little pricey... but, I am completely amazed their WILLINGNESS to help: Whether it's searching for OEM parts (for MOST models, Carrier, Goodman, Rheem, Lennox, Payne, Trane, Bryant and more...) or offering lower priced & comparable after market replacements; Whether it's delivering the parts to you, placing Will-Call orders for you at other locations, or, showing integrity by directing you to their competitor's store if they know that that vendor can help you out by getting the rare part which they may not be able to...
