“We went to Ace Hardware in Fallbrook California to shop for flowers and vegetables for my cousin’s garden. I was so impressed first with Rosa, who was helping us with the vegetables and different flowers, and if she did not know something, she went out of her way to find the answer for us. She was amazing. She served us with a big smile. I thought, “Boy, we certainly got the best Customer Service ever and best employee… Then we had to go back on a different day to get more strawberry plants and we were greeted from Jasmine another incredible young lady that works there. I realized then to receive two incredible employees helping us who had Customer Service skills that were above and beyond with something that Ace Hardware in Fallbrook looked for when they hired their employees and trained them as such to be proactive, and I was very tickled about this, especially being a retired person who was in charge of people with Customer Service myself back in the day, so I recognize these rare qualities and traits. Jasmine was also working in the garden area and she was so kind and asked us several times if she could help us and was johnny on the spot to make sure that our needs were met. I decided to buy this beautiful iron sign for my porch and got everything paid for and when I put it in the back of the car, one of the rubber protectors was missing which I needed to have on it so I could take it on the plane. I went back to look for it myself and there was Jasmine. She asked if something was wrong and how she could help. I explained the missing rubber piece and described it and told her I needed it to carry the sign on the plane and she got right down there amongst all of those dried leaves and little spiders under the plywood and we searched against the wall and where the sign had been leaning and sure enough she found it! We had a good laugh over that experience shared together. I couldn’t believe she was so willing to look for that with me! That was incredible and I was really pleased. I couldn’t believe she’d go the extra mile that way. And then Miss Tressa, one of the managers, she waited on us as we checked out at the checkstand and she was so kind and engaged in what we were doing in our gardening needs she she was genuinely interested and never act bored or anything like that and she just made the whole trip to Ace Hardware so worth it as we tied things up with her genuine, caring, smile, concern and interest in us and what we were doing. I found myself thinking how I wished I lived there so I could go to the store for my gardening needs as I love the customer service. The customer service was over the top and made the whole shopping experience absolutely amazing all the way down to the older gentleman that was very willing to carry and load all of our dirt into the back of the car. He was awesome. Thank you, Ace Hardware for an incredible experience. I highly recommend this gardening shop for your gardening needs.”

“My husband and I went to this location to purchase a specific item. We ended up asking for assistance, and my husband was completely stoked on the customer service. Mark, Olivia, and Dave spent a lot of time and effort helping us look for what we needed, and they did an outstanding job. There was a discrepancy with the inventory of the item, so finding it was like a needle in a haystack. We ended up getting what we needed, and are completely impressed by the diligent and thorough assistance they provided. Mark was exceptionally fantastic and very kind and helpful. After this experience, we are sticking to home depot for our home improvement needs!!”
