“I have been here 50 times and it is the best. The staff is so friendly and remembers me, and often helps me with logistics around my (too frequent) returns. Yes it can get a little busy at peak times during the week when people have stuff to ship out or return but the staff always works through it quickly. I really appreciate everyone here and their help when I need it. Great job and I hope to continue coming here as long as I live in the neighborhood.”

“Sometimes we need the service to be quick but there is a big line because people is taking pictures for their passport, and for each customer that is taking pictures is about 10-15 mins wait, that makes the line bigger enough to leave and find another store, other than that the store staff is very nice”

“First time at this PO. Mind you, I've been to many, because I mail packages back home a lot. It was small but had all the necessary supplies for shipping, even a couple of local cards. Michael is not too friendly. I'd describe him as serious but polite, and that may have to do with him probably being the only clerk there. If you don't mind waiting and in no hurry, it's convenient for those of us who live in the area. He's a huge Warriors fan! From all the fan gear posted. Bay area sports represented, of course!”

“I cannot thank Andretti at the Menlo Park UPS Store enough for his incredible professionalism, empathy, and outstanding customer service today. I walked in dealing with a highly stressful digital security crisis and a pending police report that left me unable to safely access my email on my phone. To make things harder, the store’s customer computer was down.
While an employee at a different UPS Store completely turned me away under these exact same technical constraints, Andretti immediately stepped up to problem-solve. He safely accepted my files via AirDrop to ensure my urgent 12-page document and cover sheet could be printed, organized, and faxed immediately.
He was kind, patient, and completely focused on helping a customer in a tough spot. Andretti turned a terrible day around and showed what true customer service looks like. This store has earned a customer for life because of him!”
“Today I had something important to email and print… ohhhh and get something notarized. When I tell you that the staff answered every question I had. Never made me feel as if it was a dumb question nor made me feel I was asking too much. They were patient, understanding and kind. “Shout out to the manager Johan and his team at Mission Bay's UPS Store on 3rd Street! I'm really shocked by all the horrible reviews for this place because Johan and the previous manager Paul really took care of all my shipping needs, especially for important documents and invaluable items. They have helped me ship items across the globe and they have all safely arrived at their destinations, unharmed, all in one piece. Yes, the UPS Store and UPS shipping is more expensive than other shipping options, but I do feel you are paying for premium service and quality, as well as a guarantee. I just made a really big move and Johan and his team made sure I got every single box within a week. Given the distance I moved, I was really shocked at the pristine condition of my belongings once they arrived and also with how fast the shipping was! Thank you for all of your help and for staying overtime with my friends and I when we were manically shipping 10+ boxes that one night!! I'll never forget the great service you provided that helped with making at least part of my big move stress-free.”
“I’ve been renting a mailbox here since May 2021, It’s important to me knowing my mail and packages are safe from theft, and having 24/7 access to my mailbox is great. After hours the door is locked but if you rent a mailbox there, you get a door key.
Town & Country parking lot is a big headache at times, but I’ve always felt safe coming here. That is important to me.
The same team has been working here since I first rented my mailbox, and that kind of consistency is rare.I think that says a lot of good things about this store and the people working there.
I get my mail several times a week, and it’s always clean and well-staffed. The store has many convenient services and people are treated kind and helped quickly. They know what they’re doing. I’ve been to other ups locations/post offices and I’m glad
