“Sometimes we need the service to be quick but there is a big line because people is taking pictures for their passport, and for each customer that is taking pictures is about 10-15 mins wait, that makes the line bigger enough to leave and find another store, other than that the store staff is very nice”

“I was in a jam and was trying to overnight a package and showed up 5 minutes before closing. There were multiple people in line and everyone was in a hurry. I did not get the name of the rad fella that was helping me but he was doing the work of 3 people and moving quickly to help everyone. It felt as if everyone in the store was on the same team and we were all trying to help each other with the coach (the rad employee) directing people kindly to what do and had a hustle I did not know existed anymore.”

Michael is not too friendly. I'd describe him as serious but polite, and that may have to do with him probably being the only clerk there. If you don't mind waiting and in no hurry, it's convenient for those of us who live in the area. He's a huge Warriors fan! From all the fan gear posted. Bay area sports represented, of course!”

“I’ve been coming to this UPS Store for over six months now, and I have to say, the service here is always great. The staff is consistently friendly, helpful, and kind. Honestly, out of all the UPS Stores I’ve been to, this one is the best.
I have a P.O. Box here and I stop by almost every day, either to pick up packages or to ship something out. Not once have I seen the staff treat anyone poorly. I’ve had P.O. Boxes at other locations before, and the difference is huge. This place is on another level.
I truly recommend getting your P.O. Box here or using this location for your shipping needs. Wishing the whole team growth and success. Thank you for what you do.”

“Shout out to the manager Johan and his team at Mission Bay's UPS Store on 3rd Street! I'm really shocked by all the horrible reviews for this place because Johan and the previous manager Paul really took care of all my shipping needs, especially for important documents and invaluable items. They have helped me ship items across the globe and they have all safely arrived at their destinations, unharmed, all in one piece. Yes, the UPS Store and UPS shipping is more expensive than other shipping options, but I do feel you are paying for premium service and quality, as well as a guarantee. I just made a really big move and Johan and his team made sure I got every single box within a week. Given the distance I moved, I was really shocked at the pristine condition of my belongings once they arrived and also with how fast the shipping was! Thank you for all of your help and for staying overtime with my friends and I when we were manically shipping 10+ boxes that one night!! I'll never forget the great service you provided that helped with making at least part of my big move stress-free.”

She politely asked other customers to wait 5 min. As she helped solve our issue, she took care of the others as well. None of the other customers griped. Thanks to them as well”

I was there for 30 minutes while she was helping me all while effortlessly helping others as they walked in. She is fantastic and so very helpful!!”

“The blond lady employee is rude, I had a pick up order since the app said so, blond lady said she can't find it even though on the app it clearly says it's ready for customer pick up. the Indian lady was trying to get my information and phone number so they can give me notifications when it's ready for pick up, but they didn't get any of my information. I'm upset, I even tried to call to check if the package is there and drops the call. Idk, if this is normal behavior but none of my issues were resolved, or even provided alternative approaches. I don't know who to believe, but this is not the service I expected. I even called off today to make time picking up the package. A wasted time off over picking up a package.
EDIT: Only editing it to 4 stars because the Indian lady was great and explained the situation hours later. She reached out to me, called me, and said they were having system issues. If only they said that at the beginning, I would have gladly returned at a different time. The blond lady blatantly lying to me about not receiving the package, instead of telling me they won't be able to accommodate me for an unknown amount of certain of time due to system issues, would have been better for me. She could have even suggested that I return later or tomorrow so they don't waste my time waiting for their system to work again. I may be upset or irritated but if they don't have the tools to assist me right now, I wouldn't have such a negative experience. Indian lady is great.”
