“I came into this location this past Friday August 12th. Immediately, I was greeted by a gentlemen Named Leo. He was the definition of great customer service! I came in for a new SIM card and he was told by a co-worker that the system was not working with activating SIM cards. (Something along those lines) However, that did not stop him from going above and beyond to ensure I left with a new SIM card installed. I am not from the area but due to work, I sometimes am in the area and will make sure to call in advance for Leo if I ever need a new phone or services from Metro.
