“A long over due review and especially after two months of torture with the other phone company. Ryan saved my life because I could not understand. He was patient and kind and eventually after trying 5 times I finally have a phone. Must wear a mask and it is a crusty corner and the actual shop is pretty plain. Nothing special but great deals with matching stellar service. No hidden agendas just a straight forward deal. ps. Many folks want to just come in to pay a bill. be aware they are not allowing the door unlock you will be waiting outside until you are ushered. “I never really come here for cell phones but I will admit the retail worker is friendly, is honest, and this place provides good prices for getting a cellphone upgrade when you switch to a new line. I don't like where the location of this retail is as it's quite ghetto and could use a new touch up. But if your looking to get a cellphone I recommend it here 7/10 (in my opinion)”

“I came into this location this past Friday August 12th. Immediately, I was greeted by a gentlemen Named Leo. He was the definition of great customer service! I came in for a new SIM card and he was told by a co-worker that the system was not working with activating SIM cards. (Something along those lines) However, that did not stop him from going above and beyond to ensure I left with a new SIM card installed. I am not from the area but due to work, I sometimes am in the area and will make sure to call in advance for Leo if I ever need a new phone or services from Metro. Thanks again Leo, for your hard work and dedication in ensure a happy Customer. This world needs more people like you! Stay RAD.”
