Eddie was extremely helpful. Took us 2 hours to decide on our fish and he packaged them up well to make the 7 hour drive home the next day. All 3 fish made it home safe, handled the stress of the trip and new environment well! Look forward to ordering more and making another trip in the future! Thank you Eddie!

The staff is very courteous and helpful and they seems to be well stocked for the most part on everything.
When it comes to the grooming Department I've had a really good experience with *CASSIE O.
She's the main groomer and is very attentive and professional. She really knows her stuff ?. I had two cats I only have one sadly enough My adorable loving SISSY? passed away ? she's in a better place now?. When I took Sissy and zoom they were very happy afterwards, so they must have got treated really well. That's very important to me. I will continue to take Zoom? my 26 lb. American Curl crossed with Abyssinian. I'm sure he'll be very happy after he leaves every time ?.
I will definitely continue going to this location often *****

My kids absolutely loved feeding the turtles and fishes in the front pond, as well as the tortoises in the front and back end of the zoo as well. Beautiful display of gorgeous reptiles from around the world!

His blindness has caused some behavioral issues so it was so hard to find a groomer I trusted Max with. Tax is amazing and always says how good Max is. I first sent Max with a muzzle because he is sensitive to being handled in certain ways due to his blindness. Tax said he never once had to use it and it wasn't necessary to bring. Tax is always so accommodating and gets Max in in a timely manner. We love Tax!!

18842 Brookhurst St, Fountain ValleyA long awaited review. I've been recommended this place since my boyfriend and I got our cat and have since been coming here since she was 7 months old! Whether it's for grooming or both haircut and grooming, Kuma always comes home smelling good and looking fresh. We suck at cutting her nails, but were told by staff here that she's the absolutely sweetest and calm in there! I love the care they give for her and haven't had a problem. The haircut we choose for her is the Lion's Cut. At first when she was young, they recommended not to shave her in case her fur was still growing out. I still appreciate their advice because now we get the best results! An extra charge will be added if they find fleas (even just one), which they let you know ahead of time. Appointments only and currently only taking zelle/cash so plan accordingly! There are also cats available for adoption so please check them out! Would love to take them in if I was able to but they're lovable and deserve a home T-T

After my previous vet moved out of state I was on a quest to find a vet that was not a part of a huge and pricey conglomerate and provided quality care. Since my dogs are active in a variety of dog sports it's also an added bonus if the vet understands some of the challenges involved with competitive dog sports. This clinic fits those needs and then some! Dr Kayleigh Marlin is fabulous! She spent plenty of time explaining and answering questions and, since she also participates in dog sports, her knowledge in this area is exceptional. Her kind and compassionate care put my dog and myself at ease on our initial visit as she made a new friend of my boy who is eager to return to visit with his new found friend in Dr Kayleigh! Added to that, the staff was welcoming and efficient and the cost was super reasonable without unnecessary add ons! Yeah! We have found our new vet and I am thrilled that our search is over! I highly, highly recommend this veterinary practice! Thank-you Dr Kayleigh!

11362 Warner Ave STE A, Fountain Valleylooking for a right clinic to address my Chihuahua's bleeding gum, I came across Mile Square Animal Hospital recommended to me by a friend, and thank God I decided to have the surgery done for my dog here instead, without a hitch not knowing how devastating the result could have been, if I wouldn't have otherwise. Although, I have always lived in South Orange County and have used a very popular Animal hospital in my area for years, upon my first visits to Mile Square I realized that the 25 min drive is so much worth the time, especially when you receive the best quality of care at such reasonable cost. From the very first moment I met Jennie at the front office, I felt assured that I finally.... finally, had found the right place for my pets' medical needs. Jennie's professionalism, organizational skills, warmth personality and her assurance and confidence in the best of care I was about to receive, made me feel completely at ease. So, I decided to have my dog's surgery done at this hospital instead. After meeting up with the new veterinarian and going over the blood test results with Kris, another wonderful and kind clinical staff, I was advised that my dog has hypothyroidism and needed to be treated before attempting the surgery since it could be life threatening during the surgery. However, I was never advised of such, by the previous clinic even though they took a blood test of their own for the pre-op, consequently with a complete opposite outcome and devastation. With the utmost appreciation from the Veterinarian to the staff at Mile Square Animal Hospital, today after one month of the thyroid treatment and the 12 teeth extraction surgery yesterday, my dog is eating and resting comfortably next to me, healthy and happy.

Unfortunately, our cat did not make it, but the Doctor and the staff were so comforting. We were provided with several options and explained the outcomes. They allowed us as much time as we needed to make our decision and an extra box of tissues. The loss of a pet is one of the hardest things to deal with and we have nothing but great things to say about VCA and their team in handling the process and supporting us.

The owner is very attentive and check in once in awhile but not too excessively. The place has indoor and big covered outdoor patio. The place felt warms and relaxes vibe. The foods are just some simply delish. Perfectly marinated and very tasty. The lamb is cooked perfectly, soft and tender, so so good. The veggies are just cooked perfectly and with the rice, it just something wonderful. The portion is big, and the price is good. Turkish coffee is something, I wish I could able to have one per day all the time. The place is neat and tightly, the staff clean it very often and pay attention to details too. We typically go to the restaurant in Huntington Beach, however, because of our time constraints, the Fountain Valley location was our only option. This decision ended up being one of our best dinner experiences we’ve had in years. Our waitress was Mo Mo and from the start greeted us with a big smile and got to work on our drink orders immediately. What was so impressive was her high energy, incredible humor and of course her customer service that few people seem to have these days. The food is always wonderful at Pizza D’z but because of a late start in the evening getting to dinner, we ended up having one of our best experiences dining at a restaurant that my family has had in many years. The friendly atmosphere and great food is why we come to Pizza D’z, however, the extreme fun and entertaining customer service from Mo Mo will have us coming back to this location every time! Thank you Mo Mo for such a great dinner experience and having us laughing the entire meal.

Bunny Bunch Boutique & Bunny Bunch Rescue Orange County
10534 Bechler River Ave, Fountain ValleyWhen we lost our Sparky our vet told us about this rescue. When we visited the staff is always friendly and helpful. They tend to get a lot of bunnies abandoned or owner surrendered. It’s pretty sad to know of these sweet babies past at times. It’s amazing that this place takes the time to really care and find homes for these babies. They will spay/neuter and vaccinate them before going to their new homes. The volunteers really care for these displaced babies. They are constantly being looked after.
Boarding was easy. They provided me with updates with pics. It brought peace in knowing that they were safe while away.
After losing my boy Luna I was ready too find my bunnies friends. I was fortunate to have found two of our new babies from this rescue. The adoption fee is minimal to what other places would charge.
I go there often to pick up treats, bedding and their big bags of hay. It’s very convenient to be able to pick up everything I need in one place. The prices are also very affordable.
When looking for a new pet I would definitely tell friends to go here first.
Thank you to Caroline & Victoria for all you do at the rescue. You’ve given many babies a second chance.
