“I hope nobody else reads this because I’m giving away some secrets. I went on a weekday at about 8:45 PM. The line was around the entire building. I figured it would take about an hour to get gas so I made a U-turn and got out of there. I went back on a Thursday morning for the 530 am opening. I got there 10 minutes early and there were still 20 cars at least they’re already waiting but I did get into a line. It was the second one in my lane so I got in pretty much very quickly.
On a sidenote, people don’t realize you can look up at the top of the roof and you can see what pumps are open and which ones are closed. I saw a guy in the lane next to me and there was a close lane and he just stood there the whole time waiting for help. He didn’t understand the first two pumps were open, and the last one was closed, and it had a cone to make that known as well.”
“Wanted to give a shoutout to Carlos in CS department. My parents don’t speak fluent English and was over the moon when they got home via the service and assistance they got from him. We’ve been a long time shopper. Very happy we live by a great Costco.”

“One of the older gentlemen that work at this location is literally probably one of THE MOST talented people I've ever met. He draws with absolute perfection.. It blows my mind the way he draws.. I can't believe he's working at an Arco and not posted up in some penthouse with millions. That's how good he is hands down.. but I get it. He probably just wants to keep it a hobby and not ruin what he enjoys the most his true passion by monetizing it.. Totally get it. But he really can draw... I suggest you shoot him a request for a drawing, he's always looking for some! It'd make him happy too. Being able to draw something for someone and watch them smile and see their reaction as he gives it to them.. I'm sure that's what it's all about and he gets to make that happen by doing what he loves most and is most good at! Neat huh? I think so! ☺️

“If you need propane for your RV, this is the place. They do all the work. My only complaint is you have to estimate the amount of gasoline you need and pay beforehand. Apparently this doesn't allow you to get the cash pricing.”
“This station usually has hydrogen fuel. One of the pumps had a computer error, but fortunately there are 4 pumps at this station. One downside is that they don't have public restrooms.”
“It's great place to get gas, and you receive a 20% discount card with your gas. I can use it everything you put gas. Very nice and clean. Great customer service!”

“The employee Thanh is the best most friendly clerk ever... But the blind clerk, the one who most of the time wears dark glasses, that looks like glasses for blind people, isn't friendly at all. He's like a robot, unable to understand what customers really expect from him. He is extremely mean to customers who try to use rewards, especially the free ones”
“I've always come here because I feel comfortable with the cashier's that work there. I was very surprised today the worker who I have never seen working there before was very rude! Wow! Maybe he's the owner and he could be entitled to behave the way he behaving. This is very close to my home and my gas station of choice in the area that has few gas stations. I'm leaving the review today because I hope someone from the gas station will read this and talk with the man working today Monday Jan 26.”

“Nice, Clean, good location. Glad to be able to get in and out easily and the gas prices were actually lower than what's posted on Google maps!
The only thing I was disappointed in is that I used a Shell Gift Card to pay sbc had to do that inside, I had to give an amount I wanted (wanted to fill up). So I guessed maybe $45, when I pumped the pump stopped at 43.71 and wouldn't allow me to pump anymore! Turned out that it did not fill up and that made me lose my fuel rewards for the remaining gallons! I only got 7.8 gallons and my vehicle wasn't full! So I'm disappointed with that aspect. Otherwise, nice station and will return.”
“The Costco Pharmacy is always busy but the people who work there are very patient and nice. Jeffery was really very helpful and I know he was in a hurry but he spent time to listen to me and my problem.”

“I was so sad to see the good looking guy who used to work there from 4 to 12. He was always so nice and very good looking. He drove a white van. I wish I would have gotten his number. He had such a wonderful costumer service attitude.”

“Super friendly gas station with the convenience store inside. All gender bathroom inside. Interestingly enough, there is a another Arco directly across the street from this one, I will have to report on that some other time highly recommend this spot, staff is superb.”

They now use a sign on the door when they are away. They still close after midnight for a short while. At least now they put a sign in window saying WHEN they will re-open! Thank you, 1 star added!
✔️ STAFF = The cashiers are friendly, usually working hard & handle registers well. I see them cleaning pumps and emptying the trash. Window wash stations are fairly clean and don't SMELL :)
✔️ STORE = Clean inside, outside is not too bad, minimal GAS spillage at pumps. Pumps themselves are not too dirty, but about 25% of the time you can expect GAS "smell" on your hand from the pump handles.
✔️ DETAILS = They sell PROPANE here. NO ALCOHOL sold at this location, which doesn't bother me.
:: OVERALL :: I still FILL UP here constantly for over 20 years & the GAS itself is perfectly fine, no KNOCKS or PINGS & the fuel does not burn too fast like other stations seem to do (ie: SAMS CLUB.)”
“Clean and seems in good, functioning order but > the two pumps available at this location were not compatible with a Honda Civic GX 2004And it was too expensive as well; $5.30 GGE; back then, who knows now. More expensive than gasoline? No thank you.”

“I’ve been coming here for a while because it’s close and they always do a thorough job. They recently reopened after being closed for a month, so expect longer wait times since they’re a bit understaffed right now. Today it took an hour (normally takes 25-30 min), but my car came out looking spotless. Just bring a book, relax, and let them take their time—you’ll drive away with a spic-and-span car. Also, if you purchased the coupon books in the past, they still work.”

“I use Shell gas in my car. It works well for me. I also do most of my shopping at Ralphs Supermarket and have their shopping card which offers a discount on Shell gas depending on how much you buy at Ralphs the previous month. I'm a senior citizen on a fixed income so every penny I save adds up after a while.”
