“Security Public Storage locations change management often, I am not sure why, but at least the experience with all managers have been great so far! Our storage unit is located in the first floor and outdoor, so dust is an issue, and the reason of my 4 stars review!Other than that we are happy with the service, and security at this location.”
“I randomly got here after my GPS tried to send me one further away...The door was locked when I arrived so I decided to call the service hotline from the QR Code bar scan.A bubbly woman answers the phone.She was professional, crystal clear and was very patient with me, and quite humorous, she was such a delight.She explained all the options available and pricing that would fit my belongings and it helped me decide on the best dimensions for my current situation.As the attendant came back to the office she wished me a HAPPY NEW YEAR.The attendant at the office took over and was very fast and efficient and I felt like both ladies cared.5 out of 5 stars ?????I must add this was my first time with PS and I am grateful it went this well.”

“They deserve MORE stars than this . It was such an amazing experience . The property manager Jax was so helpful, answered all my questions and made me feel at home ! I had so much anxiety coming in because I hate doing new things but when I got there everything was quick, easy, and painless . I wanted to get a storage for a while but been to scared to and I am so greatful I went over here to get one . I wasn't sure how long I was going to keep the storage but I might keep my stuff here for a couple years just because of how great the experience was . When I was searching for a unit I did see some other ones that had a cheaper price difference but I feel like they're definitely worth the price and that I wouldn't get to experience this else where . There was another gentlemen that had helped me there and I didn't happen to get his name but he was also very amazing ! I never used a cylinder lock before so I was trying to YouTube how to do it ,getting frustrated feeling lost and confused lol but he had helped me out . They're just overall amazing . I'm able to move things out my house and have more mental space . I am so happy I went here.”

“Michele did a great job communicating with me and setting up a storage unit in advance of moving across the country. On move-in day she efficiently went through all the required info and contract details. The facilities are clean and well looked after with alarms for your units if someone enters without using the gate code. I needed to get a second, smaller unit for more sensitive valuables and Michele gave me a great rate. There are a ton of flat bed carts available that are useful. I only needed to store for a month but my experience was really great, I would definitely recommend using this facility.”

“Service is 5 stars, yes, Shasta is amazing.The prices have gone up more than 100% since i moved in while escaping covid in march 2020. I rented 5x5 which is far away from car access, you have to walk through a locked door for about 20 yards. I rented it out for around $60 in march 2020 then in couple months it was $86, then $96, then it stayed at $108 for at least a year, now went up to $137. Too much for me. I rented that bc in march 2020 all storages were closed and Shasta was the only manager willing to meet me to rent. I didnt fill half of that spaceThe storage itself is not fantastic, one side is to a hill and the bottom of the wall does not meet the floor, i.e. the dirt is showing as the wall is too short. If there are heavy rains, that will get muddy or flood.Luckily my stuff on the top at least looks ok, i will find out what happened to the bottom.... after sitting there for 2 yrs now....”

However, the person who helped me to complete the process was very helpful at the Pinole location.I checked out two locations. I loved how clean the El Sobrante location were and expected the same at Pinole but was disappointed. The place is a bit run down.”

If you have direct pay from your bank account your hours to get into your storage is extended which is great since I'm stuck in traffic and most of my tools for work I pick them up the day before work.”
