They have many different flavors and levels of sweetness. Even when it’s busy the wait is minimal. There are some stool inside but best to take the drink to go!

73950 Inn Ave, Twentynine PalmsI don’t typically write a lot of Google reviews but I felt compelled to after visiting 29 Palms for vacation last week. We booked this place very last minute (as in, the day of the stay) during our California road trip. And I have to say, what a pleasant surprise of a stay. First, from the moment I called, Liz was welcoming and helpful. When we arrived, the Inn felt a little frozen in an earlier time/decade but don’t let that deter you because it was definitely part of the charm. The entire place was beautiful & well maintained. We were given the penthouse suite-it was very clean when we arrived , they had the AC on (which was much appreciated in that heat!), and incredibly spacious. We used the pool and enjoyed the complimentary breakfast before we checked out the next morning. The Inn was just minutes from the Joshua Tree North Entrance and also really convenient to town amenities.
Our biggest regret is only staying one night here. We were just passing through to see Joshua Tree but now feel like we will come back here for another trip for some unplugging and relaxing.

73777 29 Palms Hwy, Twentynine PalmsWe ordered the special with 3 Big pieces of catfish, Fried Okra bites yum. Big Spicy shrimp. Hush puppies perfect.
We also ordered: Banana pudding OMG. layered with nilla wafers. All good. Maybe a bit too salty.
Ready in 15min. This is take out ONLY. It’s in the back of a gas station market with no tables. Kitchen was clean! Wish they had a special Sunday gumbo too. Overall, we loved it!
PS: We got a lot of food which made our bill higher, but they have smaller meals for $10.
And they also have a larger portion of Seafood Boil for $30 with all the fixings. (Crab, corn, potatoes etc)

Kitchen in the Desert
6427 Mesquite Ave, Twentynine PalmsWe loved everything about kitchen in the desert from the atmosphere and the decorations. The interior design was fun and funky low lit lights made for a great evening setting our waiter. Doug was super sweet and we loved our meal. The burger and the branzino were delicious. definitely recommend getting the branzino. Also the olive oil cake is delicious and made locally. Drinks were also great
