I had 2 packages that were missing- delivered to a different address and he was able to locate them and get them to me. Dan really went above and beyond and had a very friendly demeanor. “Needed to ship a box and send snail mail. Easy to find, plenty of free parking at rear of building. Once inside, although it has a smaller footprint it offers all the services.
Very convenient and these particular postal workers are genuinely nice and reliable!
Assuredly cheaper than those other large commercial shippers too.”
“This U.S. Post Office location is usually not busy at all, which I really like. Overall, the service is great and the place is convenient. The only thing they could improve is customer attention at the front desk, because most of the time there’s no one there and you have to wait or ring the bell to get help. Other than that, everything is great.”

“This is my go to post office because I live like 3 blocks away. Unless you have a stick up your boots, this place isn't bad. Just do what you need to do and get out. Since I come here often, I figured out that they often don't open the parking lot in the mornings until like 10 or a little later because the mailmen are packing their cars. So i compromise and park at either the KFC or the supermarket's parking lot. Other than that I can always find a spot in the post office's parking lot. Also, probably because of all the complaint, the customer service seems to have gotten better over the years.”
“A post office is a post office. I was here today at 12:15 PM and only two people waiting in line. There were plenty employees keeping any type of waiting to just a few minutes. There are two handicap parking spaces. However, if you don't know exactly where it is, it may be a little difficult to recognize the building.”
“I've been coming here for years. Does it get busy? Yes! If you're in a hurry, go to the larger branch on grand or one of those private shipping stores. Otherwise, this place is great. Nice, informative staff, classy older lobby. Always a pleasure to visit.”

“Awesome service! I went in today with my mother to return a couple of items using spare USPS packaging / envelopes we had lying around.
It was our first time learning about the different packages, and how we had to match the packaging to the return label (Ground VS Priority). There was a blonde curly bob employee (I believe her name was Christy, or Chrissie ) who helped us with our packages, and was super kind and patient with us. I also observed two other employees that worked fast & efficient. Despite the initial hesitance (it was my and my mother's first time shipping items out, and the past reviews made us hesitant), I will definitely come back to this branch. Thank you so much!”
“I went here instead of the post office by me off Warner in Huntington after a terrible experience by a nasty rude clerk named Jeff. I was coming there for passport services and while I did not get the gentleman’s name, he was the person in charge of passport appointments. He was so helpful and pleasant, knew what he was talking about and gave excellent, old school customer service! That is sadly very rare these days. I will be coming back to this office in the future, as the one in Huntington off Warner is in need of a serious employee overhaul that would result in everyone getting fired! This office off goldenwest however, all the clerks were wonderful.”

“I had a great experience at this USPS location. Even though I came around 4 PM when the line was long and it was clearly a busy time of day, the woman working at the counter handled everything quickly, professionally, and with a great attitude. She helped me finish my task much faster than I expected and stayed polite and efficient despite how busy it was.
I do think this location could benefit from having another employee during busy afternoon hours because there were many customers waiting, but the employee working the counter did an excellent job managing the workload.
Unfortunately, I don't know her name, but I want to thank the employee working the afternoon shift around 4 PM on June 1, 2026. Your hard work and professionalism were noticed and appreciated. Thank you for providing such great customer service.”
