“Needed to ship a box and send snail mail. Easy to find, plenty of free parking at rear of building. Once inside, although it has a smaller footprint it offers all the services.
Very convenient and these particular postal workers are genuinely nice and reliable!

“This U.S. Post Office location is usually not busy at all, which I really like. Overall, the service is great and the place is convenient. The only thing they could improve is customer attention at the front desk, because most of the time there’s no one there and you have to wait or ring the bell to get help. Other than that, everything is great.”
“Never have any problems here in the probably 7+ years I've been at this location. However, I also sell online and get a pre-pay label every time, so I just come here to drop off my packages. Long story short - yes, they're understaffed. I always only ever see three staff working in the front in this location. More than half of people's questions/problems here can be solved by reading the post office website for more information or googling. Closes at 5pm. Front desk area is only open I believe until 4pm, but I could be wrong. Worst times to come based on my experience is near lunchtime (12pm) and afternoon (3:45pm) on weekdays. I don't come on weekends because they're usually much busier. Staff have always been very helpful and courteous with me. Currently, the two drop off blue boxes you drive up to on the side of the post office are out of service because some lunatic keeps trying to steal mail from there, so only one remains and it's always locked.”
“A package was lost when I sent it from this location. I should have known better to not finish packing in the lobby. I now do it in my car or at home. They removed the mail drop off bin outside.You now have to walk in and I assume that's so to safety of ensuring your mail is not tampered with.
Some staff seem dead inside like they lost their soul but I've had a manager and another mail woman give me great advice on helping my package deliver safely.”

“Shout out to Ian who was holding down the front alone the day before Christmas Eve! Ian managed to calmly and efficiently meet the needs of a line of folks at least 15 deep, including myself.
Idk what compensation is like at USPS these days but all I have to say is that Ian is earning their keep!”

Some of these in the comments don't understand what happens behind the shop! they are organizing loading packages into trucks and other important stuff to make sure it gets to the right address, I wish people were more understanding :)”

“I ship things almost every other day and this is my favorite post office! The gentleman(s) that works here are very kind. Are never in a rush. Since it's a smaller post office my package tracks faster than the other places. Also, they never give me a hard time when I ask for a receipt. Some post office will not give you a receipt if you have already paid for shipping online. I need a receipt sometimes because the one time that I don't get it my package goes not track at all. So I love this one !”
“I love this post office. The girls are always kind to me and I don't ever get any push back for anything. I come here daily and my packages get scanned within minutes of dropping them off. The area is not the best, but I rather go to this post office than any other in Santa Ana.”
“The supervisor Rick was able to help me resolve my issue and personally delievered my package to my house instead of it being sent back to the sender. Everything was done quickly and I did not have to deal with the headache of having to contact the sender. Great experience!”

“Awesome service! I went in today with my mother to return a couple of items using spare USPS packaging / envelopes we had lying around.
It was our first time learning about the different packages, and how we had to match the packaging to the return label (Ground VS Priority). There was a blonde curly bob employee (I believe her name was Christy, or Chrissie ) who helped us with our packages, and was super kind and patient with us. I also observed two other employees that worked fast & efficient. Despite the initial hesitance (it was my and my mother's first time shipping items out, and the past reviews made us hesitant), I will definitely come back to this branch. Thank you so much!”
