“2002 Nissan Pathfinder. Only 102, 000 miles. Great condition on except for the weather stripping around a door—passenger seat behind the driver's seat—came loose. The part is not made by Nissan anymore, nor can it be ordered as an after factory part. I got a really wonderful guy, Chris, at Caliber Collision who knew how to fix it. I stood right there while he did. He said he is pretty sure it will stay in place. NO CHARGE.It was also easy to set up an appointment to have my car looked at and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend this body shop.”

“This shop did an excellent job repairing my 2022 Dodge Challenger. I don't trust my car to anyone easily, as I've had a bad color match repair experience with my car before (it is octane red, an exclusive Dodge color). But the color match done here was perfect, as Premium is Dodge certified. (They were recommended to me by 2 other friends who have Challengers and are picky about the condition of their cars.) After someone backed into my drivers side door, crunching it in completely, Jack and his team helped me deal with the insurance, explained everything to me, and got my repair done quickly and professionally. The other party's insurance company was terrible, and Jack had the knowledge and advice which helped me get my deductible back and get everything settled. Jack also made sure I had my rental lined up so that I had reliable transportation during the repair. As a courtesy, Jack even fixed my bumper, which had a bad color match and drips from another shop's repair. Arthur went over everything that was repaired on my car, which was returned to me shiny and detailed. Jack, Arthur and everyone at Premium made a stressful experience go as smoothly as possible- I am so grateful to have my car back in perfect condition. You can't tell it was ever damaged.”

“This is hands down the best service I've ever gotten with car repairs. After our car was hit, the team at Caliber got us in right away and the car looked amazing when it left their shop. Months later we realized water was coming in during a rain storm. We brought it back and they immediately took the car back and got us in a rental even though it wasn't covered by my insurance. They worked diligently to locate and fix the issue and even detailed our car and filled it up with gas for the inconvenience of having to bring it back in. I wish I could use them for all of my repair needs. I definitely highly recommend this shop.”

I found Olive Auto Center through AAA and the promising reviews encouraged me to give them a call.Laura, who is awesome, managed to squeeze me in at the 11th hour for a much-needed oil change and headlight replacement the day before I had to commute to a work event for the weekend. When I came in I met Bobby, who was also awesome. Everyone was welcoming, kind, and professional. I felt very at ease right away.The office is welcoming and cozy, offering numerous comforts while you wait. I was even able to hop on their WiFi and start some work, but I didn't get too much done because they were done so quickly! I was able to get back to work HOURS ahead of schedule. Pricing was fair, they honored coupons, and there was 0 upselling.I'm so incredibly grateful to have found Olive Auto Center! I no longer have to dread getting car repair. “A hit and run left some very minor scratches on my car. My insurance wanted me to determine whether it would be more than my deductible to fix. I walked into Renew and Norik immediately offered to take a look to help with the estimate. He determined that it was indeed minor and, to my surprise, offered to buff/polish it out free of charge. After 20 minutes, the car was like new. I offered to pay at least a tip, but he would not accept. Norik and Renew provided me with a great experience and impeccable results...I told him I would not hesitate to bring my car here in the future and he replied he hopes I never have to.
