“Amy and Marry were amazing! They could have easily passed my issue along like so many other banks do. But they not only escalated my matter, they weren't satisfied with the response from the bank rep over the phone so they escalated with a supervisor. I didn't even ask them to do that! I'm not exaggerating when i say that I felt that they were my personal attorneys! Truly happy with the service. If you've ever felt ignored or passed along from one customer service rep to another, you know how infuriating that can be. Not the case here. Those two ladies were amazing!!! I was apprehensive about receiving good customer service / assistance, due to the account being closed. I had been a BOC customer for several years & only closed my account, due to moving to Riverside County. I am so grateful Valerie assisted me.
