“Parker came out was very efficient and thought ahead that I may want to change my rotors that were in 1/2 mm of needing to be replaced. Brought with him upgraded rotors better than oem. Cost was a fraction of Mercedes dealer. Very convenient to have service at your location.
Their service vehicle is fully equipped to give same quality work you would get in a dealers shop. Definitely will make EZ-Brake for all my auto brake needs.”
“Even though I didn't want to buy a new car because the economy sucks right now and everything is ridicuously overpriced and marked up tenfold. I forked up my savings and headed over to Tustin Mazda dealership. Even though they couldn't offer the price I had in mind I still had a wonderful experience-- we were greeted promptly the first minute we arrived. Very nice place, very clean, staff is very polite and attentive, especially Larry Henderson and Sammy. Best salesmans' I've ever met. They worked with us and made the process of getting my new CX-50 very smooth! Thanks Larry for guiding/helping us set up the Mazda app and car settings in detail. Associates were very thoughtful and offered beverages and snacks while we were there. Debbie, from finance, no pressure from the add-ons that was a plus, which we truly appreciate.
The next day my sister noticed dirty spots on the interior top fabric of the car. I reached out to Larry and he was so kind. He told me to bring the car back in and they will clean it for me and balance out my tire pressure and they did just that. Thank you Larry and Mazda detailing staff! “I have been to Euro car doctor 3 times. This is a location you can generally trust technically and pricewise. They have good technical knowledge of my car and offering competitive pricing for their service. The only negative experience I had was scheduling my first appointment with them. In their commercials they advertised walk-ins are welcome and once I drove there they said they do not accept walk-in and I had to schedule a new time. At my first experience with them at the time of check out they did not deliver the car by the time they committed and I had to wait there for more than one hour. The next two experience was good and satisfactory. Generally, I recommend this place for your car service and maintenance.”
“Jack Sweeney is always available to assist. My charger was not working at home. I left him a VM early this morning and he got back to me immediately. I drove over and he checked out my car immediately. The cat is charging and I have to call an electrician :).”

“I was recently traveling through the Lake Forest area when my Toyota Tundra stopped running. It just died. I was panicking because I had to leave for home in 2 days and didnt want to be laying up in a hotel. I gave Foothill Auto a Call and they were very pleasant to communicate with. I explained my situation and about not living in the area and also suggested what I thought the problem was. They said it sounds like I might be correct, but they would need to see the vehicle. I had it towed to their shop in Lake Forest.
Within a few hours they called me to let me know that my battery terminal wires were corroded under the jacket and they needed to be replaced, which was not what I thought it was. My guess was the starter switch on the steering column. They replaced the wires and fix a corroded hose to my radiator and I was on my way the next day.
My whole point to this is, I appreciate their Honesty in taking care of an Out of State Customer. They could of told me it was anything and charged me for, who knows what and I could of been out thousands of dollars including laying up my vehicle for days and sitting in a Hotel. They are straight up Good Honest People. This is hard to come by in this day and age. I recommend Foothill Auto to anyone who needs help. Thank you so much for taking good care of me. JB”

I drive a 2013 C250 which I have regularly brought to the dealership in Foothill Ranch for maintenance service and repairs which always cost me an arm and a leg. My service advisor at MBFHR is very nice so I've stayed loyal to him in terms of my car's needs.
I had been seeing Benz N Beyond on the road while driving to Mercedes Benz in Foothill Ranch. I kept thinking I should probably check them out.
A little over a week ago, I went to Benz N Beyond to inquire about replacing my brake and tail lights which were out. Sassan and Alireza checked them out and told me to come back after calling the dealer for the lights. They got back to me right away that same day to let me know they had the lights and that they could replace them while I was waiting. I liked them immediately. They were very nice, friendly and on top of it.
I thought I was going to have to wait longer than an hour so I told them I'd come back today. I had planned on leaving my car there, returning to work and then picking my car up after work.
When I got there, Sassan stopped what he was doing and replaced my defective lights right then and there. The best part was he and Alireza would not let me pay but I was willing to pay for the exceptional service. They didn't have to provide me free service but they're just truly nice guys that are happy to help! I don't think I would have gotten this service anywhere else especially at the dealer. And I didn't miss work! I got back right on time!
My lights are working great and I feel safer, thanks to Sassan and Alireza who seem to be about helping their clients first and foremost!
I will absolutely go back to Benz N Beyond for my C250 needs, whether for regular maintenance or for repairs. I'm hooked! I highly recommend them to anyone who drives a European car!

I love how they always treat my car with care and passion as if it's their own project car. My guy Richie helped me every time and he just gets it done! The owner Sam, cool dude, always trying to organize the place and the community. Even though we all came from different backgrounds or have different cars, now I feel like I'm part of the family!
