“My experience buying a new CX-5 couldn’t have been any better! Emon in sales was very helpful and low pressure. He worked with me to put a hold on the car that I wanted and got me a great deal after I didn’t qualify for any of the Mazda discounts mostly over text/phone. He was also patient when I forgot my title on my trade in and helped make arrangements for the dealer to get me a replacement right there. Also got a better offer on my trade in than CarMax and Carvana. Everyone on the team including finance made the process low stress and efficient. “I have been to Euro car doctor 3 times. This is a location you can generally trust technically and pricewise. They have good technical knowledge of my car and offering competitive pricing for their service. The only negative experience I had was scheduling my first appointment with them. In their commercials they advertised walk-ins are welcome and once I drove there they said they do not accept walk-in and I had to schedule a new time. At my first experience with them at the time of check out they did not deliver the car by the time they committed and I had to wait there for more than one hour. The next two experience was good and satisfactory. Generally, I recommend this place for your car service and maintenance.”
