When I tell you I have never had an AT&T experience that was so smooth, informative, and overall an exciting and pleasant experience. I came in with my parents to see our eligibility for upgrading our phones this year, and Josh not only helped us with that, but also examined our monthly payments and managed to save us money with various promos and ways to do so. He assisted with every concern we had, more than just upgrading our phone - even when it came to getting quotes for different services.

The energy, way he spoke and carried himself, and also just how we were treated was really the best part of the entire customer experience. “My adult son and I went into this store, Tuesday to have his new phone activated after his old phone was broken.
The customer service person on the phone that the Manager, Emily and we were dealing with was rude and not willing to help at all. He was also very insulting to my son who has medical issues that impairs his speach and him walking even though he is extremely smart and very physically strong. Emily was extremely professional and got his phone activated in spite of the phone service rep. Additionally there was a mentally unstable customer who entered the store ranting and raving.. he was quite intimidating. Emily and her staff did not let this customer intimidate them and eventually told the customer to leave without his anger shooting to the level he threatened it would.
