“I had a good experience in this Columbia Factory Store location. However, when I entered, I noticed that it may get quite busy during the rush hours, especially on the weekends. Otherwise though, the store was clean, there were a decent amount of selections, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Overall, I think this is a sufficient and nice store to shop Columbia.”

“A large outlet store with a greater variety of Nike products on sale. The store has the typical outlook of Nike outlet store with apparel in the front and a large shoe collection section in the back. The store has a long shoe wall where shoes are further discounted by 30% however it’s only the shoes available on the wall and no further sizes are available. The store gets very busy in the evening and it gets almost difficult to try on shoes if you find some. The staff are nice and helpful available across the store.”
“Exceptional customer service. We had an older superdry jacket with a broken zipper. Alex (the store manager?) spent time finding us the spare part. He went above and beyond his duty. We were very happy.”

“Dropped by this location to see what they had. The store was very clean and neatly organized. Pretty good selection overall! My daughter has a newfound love with Converse, so I had to look around for Christmas gifts. Thinking about it now, I should have bought the 2 pairs I saw instead of just one! Gabe was super helpful and friendly! Gabe alone made the shopping experience a five-star rating! I'll be back!”
“I was a customer service trainer for a multi national company and the service I got from Andre's was excellent! He didn't just say hello as we walked in, he approached us offering help. He left us alone but didn't. (Perfect sales). When we were buying our shoes he upsold us on socks, and of course we bought them! Whoever trained this kid did a FANTASTIC job! And as a business owner I can only wish to get a kid like that!”

“Ann Taylor Factory Store in the San Francisco Premium is one of my favorite women's clothing store in the outlet. Why is it? Because they are one of the few shops that carry petite sizes. Actually they have a dedicated petite section which is pretty large. The clothes are clearly sized and labeled. The styles are current and not matronly. They have a good mix of formal work wear, casual work wear, casual leisure wear, and accessories.”

“My mother and I visited Clark’s quite late, close to their closing time, but the staff was incredibly friendly and patient. One of the staff members even reminded us about the offer of the day—buy one pair, get the second half off—and she patiently waited while we chose our second pair. Thanks to her, we had a really positive shopping experience.
As for the selection, it was a bit limited, but the prices were reasonable. Overall, we left happy and would definitely consider returning!”
“Always great service and selection of footwear and men’s wear. Picked up another 3 pairs of shoes and have been trying for the past couple months to make it in. I could have gone to the retail location in SF, but trying to find parking and the stress of breaking into my rental car kept me away from shopping in DT of SF.”

The staff were friendly and welcoming, plus there were great deals (Tip: Install the PUMA app on your iPhone/Android to find special discount codes by scanning the barcode on a product’s price tag!) that I found on the products that I liked. Otherwise, the fitting rooms and the store itself was clean and organized, and was well stocked; was able to find the exact size that I needed for many pairs of shoes. Overall, it’s a great PUMA location to visit.”
