The rate was reasonable. Transportation to and from the cruise terminal would have been nice, but the walk was not unpleasant.”

“I made my reservation through a third party and had my confirmation, but it was not in the Alamo system. In previous cases where this has happened with other companies they did not honor the reservation/confirmation and forced me to pay the last-minute rack rate for the car. My rep, Imtiaz Khan, honored my reservation and even found a vehicle for a slightly lower price. He was super helpful and friendly! What a great customer service experience.”

My husband and I had the BEST experience at this Enterprise location. For our 3.5 week roadtrip along the west coast and its national parks we rented a white Jeep Cherokee hybrid. The car itself was in great condition, which made our trip so comfortable. No problems at all!

What really stands out at this Enterprise location is the superb customer service! The entire experience from the moment we walked in, left with the car until we dropped it off again, was just fantastic. Odette was so nice and efficient. They picked me up from the body shop they gave me the same kind of car that I had which was a four-wheel drive SUV, And then they drove me home and gave me a refund for some of my money so what more could I ask for. “I've rented cars a few times at this location but recently I rented a car at LAX when their computer was down and I returned the vehicle at Long Beach Blvd location and the process was smooth and easy.

The gentleman at the front desk when I returned my car was so helpful and provided great and quick service.

“I have only used Zipcar three times but all three of those times I had little to no issue and the small issue I had was promptly resolved. The issues I have/had are1. There aren't any cars in Torrance where I live. I have to Uber to the car which is either in el Segundo or lax. Which whatever that's not that big of a deal. I have more of an issue with Ubers prices being so high but that's beside the point. 2. I was charged a late fee of $50. I was at the location at the correct time. I was waiting in the car for my Uber because it was pouring rain and I would have been soaked. My Uber showed up 6 minutes after my drop off time. I called customer service and easily got someone on the phone. The lady was extremely nice and removed the fee after I explained to her the situation. So all good.I like Zipcar. The prices are affordable, cars have been clean with the exception of one that smelled like smoke but it wasn't that bad and that's not Zipcars fault that's on the dip s**t that smoked in it. The gas is covered which is awesome!! I actually got a Toyota Tacoma last time and it was NICE!! I honestly don't know what everyone is complaining about because the Zipcar I use is awesome and convenient ish. So Zipcar if you're reading this maybe have some cars in Torrance but if that's not an option fine. Keep up the good work!!!”

“Both locations (LAX airport & Long Beach) were wonderful. The pick-up at LAX was a little tricky due to traffic, but it was still good. You just had to walk right out from baggage claim to the purple area and wait for the shuttle. The driver was friendly and kind. Once at the rental office, they were efficient and fast. The car was clean inside and out. The drop-off service was helpful and friendly. Since it was a nice day out and it was within a mile of our hotel, we just walked back. I would rent from them again.”

“Avis preferred customer who rents cars a couple of times a year. Went to desk and left with keys in hand 20 sec later (after confirming id). Went to the car and noticed that the ac wasn't working properly, asked the Avis employee in the lot and thy tried to troubleshoot to no avail. Went back to the desk and got another vehicle 15 min later. While waiting on Avis desk, i heard the other company’s agents trying to upsell services like tolls and gas and trying scary tactics to their customers. I was so glad to not having to deal with that stuff while renting with Avis. Easy return. Parked in the lot. Agent came while taking the bags out, inspected the car and received the receipt (through app) before leaving the lot. No gimmicks, no surprises, not trying to upsell. All in all a 4.5/5 experience due to wasting 30 min unloading/loading from vehicles.”
