She goes above and beyond to make sure my mails and packages are delivered carefully and correctly, and she always has such a warm and positive attitude. You can tell she genuinely cares about the people she serves and takes pride in her work. Having someone so reliable and thoughtful delivering our mail makes such a difference. “Great little store! Staff was very pleasant and friendly, super helpful. They have greeting cards, here, too. My favorite being, the, ‘Made in America! With Pride’ section. And then an array of wallet cards. Most notably,A Police Officer’s Prayer, A Firefighter’s Prayer, Military Prayer, and then religious wallet cards. God bless this business”

“I didn't shop around; so, I can't say how the pricing for PakMail compares to that of other pack and mail companies. But the service was fantastic. I arranged for the packing and mailing of a large painting from California to Wisconsin. I live in Michigan, so all of the arrangements were made via phone and e-mail. Desi at PakMail in Eldorado Hills was SO prompt, professional, and helpful in responding to all of my inquiries. When I explained that it would take a few weeks before my niece could drop off the painting, he even offered to go pick it up for me. Once they received the painting, Desi e-mailed me as each step in the process was completed, including packaging, mailing, transit, and delivery. I would definitely use them again.”

“I don’t know why there are so many negative reviews of this place. I decided to take my chances and I went there today and the young boy was very nice and thorough. He was accurate, and I felt confident that my packages would arrive at the correct destinations. They even had a bowl of candy left over from Halloween. there was no wait at all and the store was clean. Parking is easy and it is a quick in and out.”

“This Auburn UPS store is hands down the best UPS store that I’ve been to! All the staff have met me with so much kindness and went above and beyond to help me. I had an Amazon return and my portal mattress did not fit in the original box, with their determination, and hard working and strength they got it to fit in another box and sent it off. Bravo 👏”

“The employees here are always so polite and friendly. They're hard working and never shy of being loaded with lots of mail. My husband and I prefer dropping off mail here instead of the UPS close by. We're happy they're around to take all different types of mail. They've been so helpful with our business.”

“We needed help with a few time consuming items. Stephanie, one of the Notaries there helped us with everything we brought in. She was very courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. Her and the other female store employee were helpful, friendly and efficient for every customer that came in while we were there. This store is a very busy location so quite a few customers came in while we were being helped. We will be using this UPS store from now on, because of their outstanding customer service.”

“They are the sweetest people and so helpful! They made sure that the information i gave was correct and had me double check it!! So for anyone who gave the wrong information and you don't bother to check it that's your fault not the business!! Also if items are broken it's because of the company who deliver it not the shipping place! You will regret going other places they can do everything for you and help save you money!!”

“Dropped by for notary services today. Even though she was working alone, the young lady there was able to quickly go back and forth between us and other customers as they came in, greeting everyone with a smile and quickly taking care of everyone’s needs including ours. Pretty impressive, she definitely went above and beyond.”
