“I went to the Staples in Vacaville yesterday to have a passport photo taken. Unfortunately, I was told they didn’t have any USB drives available and that there was no way for me to get a digital copy. The cashier suggested that I take a photo of the printed passport photo and upload that to the passport website, but unfortunately, that didn’t work.
Today, I stopped by the Staples in Grass Valley and was greeted by Wesley. I explained what had happened in Vacaville, and he immediately let me know that I had been given incorrect information. Wesley went above and beyond—he took the time to call the Vacaville store, arrange a refund for me, and make sure I received the proper digital passport photo I needed.
The level of customer service Wesley provided is rare these days. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely interested in making sure the problem was resolved. What had been a frustrating experience turned into a great one because of him.

“I was wowed from the start to the finish ? When I walked in there was a line of maybe 5 people. I was helped within 5 minutes. Then as I was being helped - not an easy order (notary + prepaid envelopes) - The assisstant manager, Gerardo, and the other staff person were helping multiple people at the same time - it was art ? Gerardo crushed my order and was laser-focused, and at the same time had fantastic customer service. Thanks for a fantastic experience ??”

“I don’t know why there are so many negative reviews of this place. I decided to take my chances and I went there today and the young boy was very nice and thorough. He was accurate, and I felt confident that my packages would arrive at the correct destinations. They even had a bowl of candy left over from Halloween. there was no wait at all and the store was clean. Parking is easy and it is a quick in and out.”

“I didn't shop around; so, I can't say how the pricing for PakMail compares to that of other pack and mail companies. But the service was fantastic. I arranged for the packing and mailing of a large painting from California to Wisconsin. I live in Michigan, so all of the arrangements were made via phone and e-mail. Desi at PakMail in Eldorado Hills was SO prompt, professional, and helpful in responding to all of my inquiries. When I explained that it would take a few weeks before my niece could drop off the painting, he even offered to go pick it up for me. Once they received the painting, Desi e-mailed me as each step in the process was completed, including packaging, mailing, transit, and delivery. I would definitely use them again.”

“I have used their print multiple times for the company I work at and they are always quick with good pricing. Recently used for a personal print and the poster was slightly scratched when received. They issued a 10% discount and got a reprint within 10 minutes during a busy time of the day. Great customer service, I will continue to come back.”
