“Today I experienced excellent customer service at this location. The employee's name is Ryan and he greeted me as I walked in. I was not there as a 'regular' customer. I went in to return a medical device in a pre-paid shipping box and had no intention to purchase anything. I mentioned that one of the monitors I was returning was still 'beeping' (couldn't get it to stop) Ryan patiently re-opened the box and was able to stop the beeping. Several people had entered the store after me so it was starting to get busy. He treated me like I was a regular, paying customer and gave me a return receipt. I experience service like this once in a while but, sorry to say, lots of businesses don't understand true customer service. I thought this was important enough to recognize Ryan and hopefully UPS management will also recognize him for the exemplary employee that he is.”

Had a phone call, confirmation email to my dealer and myself, text message updates and the driver kept in contact at every stage. Eddy and Dina were amazing to work with too!! I am an over planning anxious person and this process kept me very relaxed and confident. My car arrived exactly at the time the driver said and was handled with care and professionalism. “I don’t know why there are so many negative reviews of this place. I decided to take my chances and I went there today and the young boy was very nice and thorough. He was accurate, and I felt confident that my packages would arrive at the correct destinations. They even had a bowl of candy left over from Halloween. there was no wait at all and the store was clean. Parking is easy and it is a quick in and out.”

“I always go to Staples and use the print center to print and laminate for work. I was on a time crunch today, tried the normal location I usually go to and, unfortunately they were too busy. I came to this location and the guy who helped me was very nice and told me he could get the job done by end of day. I called a little over an hour before close and was told the job wasn't even started and that they had 24 hrs to finish the job. I explained that is not what was told to me at the time of placing the order earlier that day. Jacob on the phone made it right and told me I could come in and they would get it done by close. I came in and Isaiah was working very hard to get my order done. He was working very hard, what looked like, by himself. I appreciate him for working hard and get my order done!”

“I didn't shop around; so, I can't say how the pricing for PakMail compares to that of other pack and mail companies. But the service was fantastic. I arranged for the packing and mailing of a large painting from California to Wisconsin. I live in Michigan, so all of the arrangements were made via phone and e-mail. Desi at PakMail in Eldorado Hills was SO prompt, professional, and helpful in responding to all of my inquiries. When I explained that it would take a few weeks before my niece could drop off the painting, he even offered to go pick it up for me. Once they received the painting, Desi e-mailed me as each step in the process was completed, including packaging, mailing, transit, and delivery. I would definitely use them again.”

“If you need to ship something internationally, this is your place. They have different shipping dates, prices, and courier services from which you can select. Excellent customer service, too! She was very friendly and professional. She was also very good at submitting all information correctly and quickly and was clear about all the shipping steps. It took significantly less time to complete all the information compared to any courier service I have used for international shipping. I will definitely be coming back!”
